Abstract

  • 2.1. Bei bekannten elektromagnetischen Aktuatoren mit jeweils mindestens einem auf einen Anker wirkenden Elektromagneten können betriebsbedingte Schwankungen von Systemparametern zu einer Fehlfunktion führen, insbesondere zu einem erhöhten Verschleiß des Aktuators, unerwünschter Geräuschentwicklung und überhöhtem Energieverbrauch. Das neue Verfahren soll einen sicheren Dauerbetrieb ermöglichen.
  • 2.2. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Auftreffgeschwindigkeit des Ankers auf den Elektromagneten auf einen vorgegebenen Wert geregelt. Hierzu wird eine von einer Induktivitätsänderung des Elektromagneten abhängige Regelgröße als Maß der Auftreffgeschwindigkeit des Ankers auf den Elektromagneten gebildet und die Regelgröße durch Steuerung der Energiezufuhr zum Elektromagneten auf einen Sollwert geregelt, den die Regelgröße bei einem vorgegebenen Wert der Auftreffgeschwindigkeit des Ankers auf den Elektromagneten annimmt.

  • 2.1. In known electromagnetic actuators, each with at least one electromagnet acting on an armature, operational-related fluctuations in system parameters can lead to a malfunction, in particular to increased wear of the actuator, undesirable noise development and excessive energy consumption. The new procedure is intended to enable safe continuous operation.
  • 2.2. According to the invention, the speed at which the armature strikes the electromagnet is regulated to a predetermined value. For this purpose, a control variable dependent on an inductance change of the electromagnet is formed as a measure of the speed of impact of the armature on the electromagnet and the control variable is controlled by controlling the energy supply to the electromagnet to a desired value which the control variable assumes at a predetermined value of the speed of impact of the armature on the electromagnet.
