This well-known shoe (GB 2 200 030 A or GB 2 288 720 A) as well as other conventional shoes made of a sole and an upper, which the on encloses the foot on the sole. The soles of Shoes often have damping agents with which that when walking on the foot or on the whole Body of the runner exerted stress relieved shall be. Known damping agents are for example air cushions or filled with gel Cavities.

A) .Supplementary to such known shoes also referred to the publication WO 87/03789 A1, in which the possibility is revealed, one or to arrange several valves, which with respect to the Regulate the air exchange in the recess. The possibility the arrangement of an air bellows with respect to the Recess is also already known (GB 2 150 010 A).

Furthermore, a sole with a variety of Damping elements known (EP 0 695 514 A1). This Sole shows in the heel area, in the midfoot area and in the bale area several in the transverse direction extending holes that act as cushioning pads should serve. These holes are different Form and size and have a accordingly hard or soft damping effect on. In one embodiment, the sole is from introduced a recess in the rear end is open on the side, so that the underside area the sole is a plate protruding freely to the rear forms. Such a sole has a heel area very soft damping characteristics.

A sole for a training shoe is also known (DE 94 13 496 01), with which walking in the plane to Training purposes is difficult. This sole is in except the area assigned to the paragraph, so that the user of the shoe essentially only in Area of the bale may occur. This is supposed to Effect like going uphill on a slope on the order of 15 degrees or as with Climbing stairs can be achieved. Such a shoe that promoting bale running is among health Aspects unsuitable, especially when Bale running the foot or the shoe with stretched Leg is placed on the floor and the shock load directly on the knee and hip joints and the Spine is transmitted.

Based on the aforementioned disadvantages and Shortcomings of the prior art known shoes, the present invention is the The task is to create a shoe with which the shock loads that occur when running or to a very small extent on the knees and Hip joints and transferred to the spine become.

This object is achieved in a shoe of the type mentioned in the teaching of the present invention in that the sole covering in the region of the pivot axis
  • is flexible and / or
  • has a taper.

The shoe according to the present invention has one from a sole body and from a sole covering trained sole, one of which is about Metatarsal area extending to the heel area Recess in the area between the sole body and the sole covering is provided so that the Area of the sole covering assigned to the recess Put on a surface up one Swivel axis is pivoted away, causing the shoe is placed very softly on the surface.

If the shoe on the swivel axis on the Is placed on the ground, it tilts around Swivel axis with the ball or toe area the underground. This will make the foot and the Lower leg slightly shifted forward, which means that Knee is automatically bent slightly. One in the knee bent leg takes the shock load from the Leg skeleton and the surrounding muscles without the impact load on the joints or on the Spine is transmitted.

The shoe according to the present invention works thus a rounding effect, that is a Unrolling while laying on the ground, whereby the on the sensitive joints or on the impact on the spine is significant is reduced.

The wearer of the shoe is also in the stance phase a therapeutic attitude, that is, in a Forced posture with bent knees, causing the spine is relieved even when standing.

The invention is therefore based on the knowledge that that with conventional shoes despite complex and expensive damping elements the shock load directly on the joints and on the spine is transmitted because with these shoes the foot or the shoe with the leg straight on the ground can be put on.

The entire sole 2 has a bale or Toe area 8 increasing towards the heel area 6 Thickness so that the sole 2 in the side view forms a wedge. The top of the sole closes the bottom of the sole an angle a, which in Range is from about 8 degrees to about 20 degrees.

Der Sohlenkörper 10 bildet angrenzend an die Ausnehmung 13 eine Anschlagfläche 15.Between the sole body 10 and the sole covering 11 is one from the midfoot area 7 to Heel area 8 wedge-shaped widening recess 13 intended. The sole body 10 adjoins the recess 13 has a stop surface 15.

The sole covering 11 is adjacent to one Acceptance tip 13a of the ball or toe region 8 Recess 13 freely to the rear, which is free rearward protruding area of the sole covering 11 forms a pivot member 18 which around the Recess tip 13a adjacent connection area between the pivot member 18 and the rest Sole covering 11 upwards against the abutment surface 15 of the sole body 10 is pivotable. By the Sole covering 11 thus runs in the transverse direction adjacent to the recess tip 13a Swivel axis 20 about which the swivel element 18 is pivotally arranged.

A swivel angle β between the stop surface 15 and the pivot element 18 is in the range of about 10 degrees to about 30 degrees, especially in the range of about 15 degrees to about 20 degrees. The tip 13a of the Recess 13 and thus the pivot axis 20 are in the Area between the longitudinal center of the shoe 1 and the Heel area 6, which is approximately over a third the length of the shoe 1, arranged.

The sole covering 11 has in particular in the area of Swivel axis 20 and the swivel element 18 a considerable dimensional stability and / or bending stiffness and is fiber-reinforced, whereby the sole covering 11 has considerable inherent rigidity.

As can be seen from the illustration in FIG. 2, touches the shoe 1 when running due to the wedge shape the entire sole 2 when placed on one Underground with its sole covering 11 in the heel area 6 and thus with its swivel element 18 Underground 22. Here, the pivot element 18 of the Sole covering 11 about the pivot axis 20 against the Stop surface 15 pressed.

This pivoting movement of the pivot element 18 generates despite the form stability of the Sole 11 a very soft, yielding Put the shoe 1 on the surface 22. Die Restoring force of the sole covering 11 is selected that at most thirty percent, if possible only ten percent of the weight of the runner (for example 65 kg to 75 kg) for which the shoe 1 is designed to suffice for the swivel element 18 to press against the stop surface 15.

Strikes the pivot member 18 on the stop surface 15 (cf. FIG. 2), so it is different from the Swivel axis 20 to the ball or toe area 8 extending area of the sole 2 or Sole covering 11 by the pivot angle β compared to that Surface 22 inclined upwards to the front. The Sole covering 11 has an angled pivot element 18 an obtuse angle of almost 180 degrees in Range of the pivot axis 20.

When the swivel element 18 stops on the Stop surface 15 is the soft placement process in Heel area 6 ends, and that of the runner's foot load exerted on the sole 2 is distributed approximately evenly over the entire length of the sole 2. As a result and through the direction of travel The impulse of the runner tilts the shoe 1 around Swivel axis 20 to the front and lies with his front area of the sole covering 11 on the Underground 22 on.

This tilting of the shoe 1 causes the foot and the lower leg of the runner in the running direction be displaced slightly at the front, causing the knee between the lower leg and the thigh is slightly bent. The maximum load on the foot or on the sole 2 occurs only after the tipping Shoe 1 or after bending the runner's knee so that by hitting the Underground 22 generated recoil to one in the knee already angled leg that is elastic bouncy around the knee joint with its leg skeleton and absorb the shock load gently on the muscles can.

The shoe 1 according to the present invention effects thus an automatic rolling of the foot when Running, which is compared to conventional shoes a much gentler transmission of the Impact on the body is caused.

A second embodiment of the shoe according to the The present invention is shown in Figure 3. This Shoe 1 essentially corresponds to the above described shoe 1; accordingly, are the same or Similar components with identical reference numbers Mistake.

The shoe 1 according to FIG. 3 has a wedge shape Recess 13 a material element in the form of a Material wedge 25 on that from an open cell Foam is formed. This material wedge 25 is on the stop surface 15 of the sole body 10 and on the swivel element 18 by means of a Adhesive connection attached.

The sole covering 11 is in the region of the pivot axis 20 divided by a slot 27. As part of the Invention is of course also a Embodiment without slot (see, for example, the fourth shown in Figures 5 and 6 Embodiment of the present invention).

It is useful that the sole covering 11 in the area of Pivot axis 20 flexible, for example by a taper, is formed, because in this embodiment of the shoe 1, it is advantageous that during the Installation phase of the shoe 1 in the heel area 6 on the Background 22 the restoring force of the swivel element 18 if possible only from the material wedge 25 is applied to make it as soft as possible ensure the shoe 1 on the surface 22.

A reinforcing plate 29 is in the sole body 10 used, which is approximately from the longitudinal center of the Shoes 1 to the rear heel area 6 extends. The reinforcing plate 29 consists of a metal plate or a fiber-reinforced one Plastic plate and is a distance above one Pressure distribution part 16 arranged, the Reinforcement plate 29 to the curvature of the Pressure distribution part 16 is adapted. The Reinforcing plate 29 extends in the transverse direction about three fifths to four fifths of the width of the shoe 1 and ensures during the Aufsetzphase, during which the pivoting element 18 against the stop surface 15 is pressed that the Sole body 10 does not tip over by the heel becomes.

A third embodiment of the invention is in Figure 4 shown. This shoe 1 essentially has the same structure as that described above Shoes 1 on; accordingly are the same or similar Provide components with identical reference numerals.

The wedge-shaped recess between the Stop surface 15 and the pivot member 18 is from an air bellows 31 bordered. In the sole body 10 are two holes 32 made with their one End at the stop surface 15 and with her other End on the outside on the sole body 10.

There is a valve in each of the two holes 32 33 used to prevent air from escaping Air bellows 31 limited to the outside, so that when Pressing the swivel element 18 in the direction of Stop surface 15 due to the limited air outlet during the pivoting movement of the pivot element 18 predetermined, relatively soft resistance is opposed.

Is the pressure with which the pivot element 18 against the stop surface 15 is pressed, canceled pivots the swivel element 18 back into the Starting position back, that in a straight line Extension of the remaining sole covering 11 runs, the valves 33 open and a quick one Allow air flow into the air bellows 31.

The pivot element 18 of the sole covering 11 is in one piece with the remaining area of the sole covering 11 trained and has a certain dimensional stability or bending stiffness so that it automatically after a compression of the air bellows 31 in the Starting position swings back.

The fourth embodiment according to FIG. 5 corresponds essentially according to the second embodiment Figure 3, only with the difference that the Recess 13 not wedge-shaped, but in formed essentially in the form of a circular segment and with a material element 25 made of open-pore plastic is filled.

Here, the sole 2 is according to one feature essential to the invention pulled up laterally or with a very thin side cover in Form of side walls made of rubber that the Cover the plastic core to protect it from the outside and can be easily compressed like a bellows.

So in the present invention, the effect the recess 13 formed such that when Roll off over the pivot axis 20 Recess 13 or their filling by Material element 25 no elastic resilient effect exercises, but practically without power up to the stop yields, in which the sole covering 11 on a hard, uncompromising area of the shoe 1 comes to rest.

The shoe 1 according to one of those described above four embodiments are characterized in that when running, the shoe automatically rolls off 1 or the foot is caused on the ground. This is through the wedge-shaped recess 13 between the Sole body 10 and the sole covering 11 accomplished, because the sole covering 11 also gives way its pivoting element 18 when loaded in Heel area 6 upwards and it forms softly deflecting an obtuse angle on the sole 2 whose tip is in the area of the pivot axis 20 is arranged.

The shoe 1 tilts about this obtuse angle from the front, causing the runner's knee to bend and the impact load from the runner with the knee bent is recorded. The shock load is not on the sensitive joints and on the spine transmitted, but from the skeleton and from the corresponding muscles absorbed.

The invention is not based on the above explained four embodiments limited; the Those skilled in the art can readily make further modifications to the Find invention. For example, is in the frame the invention also an embodiment in which the Sole body 10 and the sole covering 11 in one piece and / or are formed in one piece.
