Nach DE OS 33 27 636 A1, EP 0 761 425 A1 und WO 97/19012 ist es bekannt, die Folienbahn zwischen Umlenkwalzen entlangzuführen. Die Folienbahn wird dabei in Schlaufen zwischen den am Maschinengestell angeordneten und den am Schwingarm angeordneten Umlenkwalzen geführt. Bei einer Vorschubbewegung der Folienbahn wird in der Länge des Vorschubes der Schwingarm um seine Achse in Richtung zu den gesteilfesten Umlenkwalzen bewegt. Die abziehbare Folienlänge wird dabei von der Anzahl der Schlaufen und von der möglichen Länge der Bewegung des Schwingarmes bestimmt. Schwankungen der Bahnspannung der Folienbahn zu verzeichnen
sind. Diese können z.B. zu unerwünschten Ungenauigkeiten
der Beutellänge und zu Druckbildverschiebungen führen. Im
Extremfall kann es zum Reißen der Folienbahn kommen.
Um diese Schwankungen der Bahnspannung zu vermeiden, wurde
gem. DE OS 35 071 42 vorgeschlagen, einen zusätzlichen Arm
über einen Hebel zwischenzuschalten, der schwenkbar
ausgebildet und durch eine Federkraft beaufschlagt ist.
Nachteilig ist der relativ hohe technische Aufwand durch
den zusätzlichen Arm und den Hebel.
Bei allen vorgenannt beschriebenen Lösungen ist weiterhin

Die Vorrichtung zum Ausgleich der Vorschubbewegung der
Folienbahn, die zwischen einer ersten Gruppe und einer
zweiten Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen in Schlaufen entlanggeführt
wird, weist bekannter Weise eine erste Gruppe von
Umlenkwalzen auf, die an einer in Richtung zur zweiten
Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen bewegbaren ersten Schwinge
angeordnet ist.
Erfindungsgemäß ist auch die zweite Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen
an einer zweiten Schwinge angeordnet, die sich bei einer
Vorschubbewegung der Folienbahn in Richtung zur ersten
Schwinge bewegt.
Der Bewegungsablauf der beiden Schwingen aus einer
voneinander beabstandeten Ausgangsposition in eine
zueinander naheliegende Endposition und umgekehrt ist dabei
symmetrisch, so daß jede Schwinge nur den halben Weg des
gesamten erforderlichen Abstandes zum Abzug einer
bestimmten Folienlänge (Vorschub) zurücklegen muß.
Die erste Schwinge ist um eine erste Schwenkachse und die
zweite Schwinge um eine zweite Schwenkachse gelagert, die
zueinander parallel sind.
Um einen symmetrischen Bewegungsablauf zu erzielen sind
Schwingen über entsprechende Elemente wie z.B. ineinander
greifende Zahnräder miteinander gekoppelt.
Beide Schwingen werden über Rückzugelemente wieder in die
voneinander beabstandete Ausgangsposition geführt. Die Umlenkwalzen der ersten Schwinge und die Umlenkwalzen
der zweiten Schwinge sind vorzugsweise zueinander versetzt
angeordnet.
Die Schwenkachsen werden vorteilhafter Weise so gelegt, daß
die Arme der Schwingen in der Art einer hängenden Anordnung
in Richtung zum Boden weisen. Das Eigengewicht der
Schwingen wirkt sich dabei entlastend und somit günstig
beim Anfahren der Folienbahn aus.
Eine stehende Schwinge (Lagerungen sind in Richtung zum
Boden angeordnet und die Arme weisen nach oben) ist für das
Weiterfahren günstiger, da das Gewicht der Schwingen die

In Fig. 1 wird die Prinzipdarstellung einer stehenden
Doppelschwinge in Ausgangsposition gezeigt, welche aus
einer ersten Schwinge 1 und einer zweiten Schwinge 2
besteht. Die erste Schwinge 1 weist zwei zueinander
parallele Arme 3 und 4 auf. Jeder Arm 3, 4 ist mit einem
Ende an einer Welle 5 gelagert. An den beiden Enden der
Welle 5 sind Lager 6 und 7 vorgesehen, um welche die erste
Schwinge gedreht werden kann. Zwischen den Armen 3 und 4
der ersten Schwinge 1 sind mehrere Umlenkwalzen 8
aufgenommen.
Analog ist die zweite Schwinge 2 aus zueinander parallelen
Armen 3' und 4', einer Welle 5' mit Lagern 6' und 7' sowie
Umlenkwalzen 8' aufgebaut. Die Wellen 5 und 5' werden über
Flansche 9 und 9' am nicht dargestellten Maschinengestell
befestigt. Am Maschinengestell ebenfalls befestigbar sind
an den beiden Armen 3 und 4 sowie an den Armen 3' und 4'
Rückzugelemente 10 und 10' angeordnet, durch welche die
Schwingen 1 und 2 in die Ausgangsposition zurückgeführt

Wird die Folienbahn 12 in Pfeilrichtung abgezogen, bewegen
sich die Schwingen 1, 2 entgegen der Rückstellkraft der am
Maschinengestell 13 angeordneten Rückstellelemente 10, 10'
symmetrisch aufeinander zu, bis in eine im wesentlichen
parallele Lage (Öffnungswinkel ca. 0°) in die Endposition.
Der symmetrische Zwangslauf wird dabei über die nicht
dargestellten Zahnräder zwischen den Wellen 5 und 5'
realisiert.
Die abziehbare Folienlänge wird dabei bestimmt von der
Längendifferenz der in der Vorrichtung gespeicherten Folie
in Ausgangsposition und in Endposition.
Gemäß eines weiteren nicht dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispiels besteht auch die Möglichkeit, beide
Schwingen auf einer gemeinsamen Welle zu lagern. Dabei muß
ebenfalls durch geeignete Elemente ein Zwangslauf zwischen
