Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging bag with one arranged in the bag Drinking or pouring pipe and an easy-to-open protection area as access to the drinking or pouring pipe.
The drinking tube is on for a large number of packaging bags for drinks attached to the outside of the bag. With the beveled on one side Drinking tube, the bag is pierced at a predetermined location. At clumsy handling, e.g. through children, the drinking tube can bend, without piercing the bag. Another problem is that Risk of injury due to the beveled drinking tube and leakage of the drink with clumsy handling.
A flexible bag is also known in which the drinking tube is inside the bag is arranged in the same cavity as the beverage liquid. The Packaging bags designed as stand-up pouches have in the area of the upper one A tear notch with an adjoining tear line on. The length of the drinking tube is set so that the lower end is on the lowest point of the bag and the upper end of the drinking tube above the tear line. With this arrangement, the drinking tube is after tearing of the bag easily accessible. Has turned out to be disadvantageous, however proven that if the bag is torn open carelessly or if it is too stiff Tear opener a part of the beverage content when opening the Packaging can flow out of the bag in an uncontrolled manner.
In another known packaging bag for drinks with an integrated The drinking tube is in a kind of bag, which is from the actual beverage bag is separated by a film. The tube is flexible in its drinking area designed and hygienically packed using a peelable film. To when this protective film is torn open, the drinking tube will be straightened and straight lower end by light pressure from the inside pocket into the drink-filled Bag cavity ejected. This packaging does not offer any either Protection against leakage of the drink after the drinking tube is in the bag pierced once.
The beverage bags currently available on the market all have the disadvantage that once opened, there is no easy-to-use resealable option consists. As mentioned above, this can lead to contamination through uncontrolled leakage of the package contents.
The invention is therefore based on the object of making a beverage bag more user-friendly to design. In particular, the packaging bag should Have an integrated drinking tube and at the same time be leak-proof. Another one The aim of the invention is to provide a packaging bag for liquid or pasty filling goods with a reclosable drinking or Pouring spout.
To achieve the object according to the invention, the bag has a first one Compartment for holding a filling material and one that is fluid-tight separated from the first compartment has a second compartment for receiving a tube part, the tube leads from the first compartment into the second compartment, in the transition region in a fluid-tight manner the bag is connected and a valve element for opening and closing of a through channel.
In a first variant, the tube comprises a side pressure Flow channel-releasing, automatically closing valve element.
In a second variant, the tube comprises one by folding or turning of the pipe part projecting into the second compartment between an open and a Closing position of the tube movable joint.
