Die Neuerung betrifft eine Schlauchbeutelpackung, geeignet zur oralen Applikation und Entleerung von Medikamenten, bestehend aus einer dünnen Dreischicht-Verbundfolie mit äußerer Metallschicht, wie Alu-Schicht, mittlerer Kunststoffträgerschicht, wie Polyesterschicht und einer inneren, siegelbaren Kunststoffschicht, wie Polyethylenschicht, wobei die Schlauchbeutelpackung an ihren Enden mit Quersiegelnähten und in Längsrichtung mit einer Längssiegelnaht geschlossen ist.The innovation concerns a tubular bag package, suitable for oral application and emptying of medication, consisting of a thin three-layer composite film with an outer metal layer, such as an aluminum layer, a middle plastic carrier layer, such as a polyester layer, and an inner, sealable plastic layer, such as a polyethylene layer, whereby the tubular bag package is closed at its ends with transverse sealing seams and in the longitudinal direction with a longitudinal sealing seam.
Derartige Schlauchbeutelpackungen sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Solche Packungen mit relativ kleinen Außenabmessungen werden bisher hauptsächlich als Klexnportionspackungen für bspw. Senf, Ketchup od. dgl. verwendet, und nach Auf- oder Einreißen wird der Inhalt einfach per Hand bspw. auf einem Teller oder das zu würzende Nahrungsmittel selbst ausgedrückt. Die Absicht, solche Packungen wegen ihrer Zweckmäßigkeit auch für flüssige oder pastöse Medikamentportionen benutzen zu wollen, ist aus mehreren Gründen gescheitert. Zum einen verlangte dies, wenn man nicht bspw. auf einen Löffel ausdrücken will, ein Ausdrücken direkt in den Mund, was dem Verbraucher aber nicht ohne weiteres zuzumuten und bspw. auch insbesondere für Alterspatienten in der Regel nicht mehr praktikabel ist. Mit den bisherigen Schlauchbeutelpackungen kann dies, wie sich gezeigt hat, jedoch nicht ohne weiteres praktiziert werden, denn die Längssiegelnaht kann dabei zu Verletzungen der Lippen bzw. der Mundecken führen. Trotz der Weichheit der Verbundfolie stellt nämlich die Längssiegelnaht ein relativ steifes und auch insoweit relativ scharfkantiges Element der Packung dar, das zwar zunächst im angelegten Zustand mehr oder weniger dicht auf der betreffenden Packungsfläche flach aufliegt, da von den später angebrachten Quersiegelnähten in dieser Lage gehalten, nach Abschneiden oder Abreißen der einen Quersiegelnaht hat aber die Längssiegelnaht die Tendenz sich aufzurichten, wodurch die Verletzungsgefahr gegeben ist.
