Claims (11)
- Installation de conditionnement d'un produit dans des récipients fermés par un bouchon et comprenant notamment une remplisseuse (1) propre à remplir des récipients reçus vides et une boucheuse (3) alimentée en bouchons pour la fermeture des récipients remplis,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre, en amont de la boucheuse (3), un dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique des bouchons propre à entraíner les bouchons avec un pas prédéterminé et sans discontinuité, le nombre des bouchons présents simultanément dans ledit dispositif de stockage dynamique (6) étant au moins égal au nombre des récipients présents dans une portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation, des moyens (8) de contrôle de l'alimentation en bouchons étant prévus en amont du dispositif de stockage dynamique (6) et étant agencés pour contrôler un dispositif (10) d'alimentation en récipients situé en amont de la susdite portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation, ce grâce à quoi à tout récipient engagé dans la portion prédéterminée de l'installation correspond un bouchon présent dans le dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons alimentant la boucheuse (3) et, en cas d'incident d'alimentation en bouchons en amont du dispositif de stockage dynamique (6), on contrôle (9, 10) l'alimentation en récipients de ladite portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation tout en maintenant en fonctionnement la partie terminale de l'installation au moins jusqu'à ce que l'incident soit acquitté. - Installation en ligne selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que la portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation comprend au moins la remplisseuse (1) et en ce que la capacité du dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons est au moins égale au nombre des récipients simultanément présents entre l'entrée de la remplisseuse (1) et l'entrée de la boucheuse (3). - Installation en ligne selon la revendication 1, agencée pour le conditionnement d'un produit dans des récipients en matériau thermoplastique et comprenant notamment, en amont de la remplisseuse (1), une unité d'alimentation de préformes (11), un four (12) de chauffage des préformes et une souffleuse (13) pour produire des récipients à partir des préformes chauffées,
caractérisée en ce que la susdite portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation comprend au moins le four (12) de chauffage des préformes et en ce que la capacité du dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons est au moins égale au nombre des préformes simultanément présentes dans le four (12). - Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation comprend en outre au moins la souffleuse (13) et en ce que la capacité du dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons est au moins égale au nombre des récipients (préformes, ébauches ou récipients achevés) présents entre l'entrée du four (12) et la sortie de la souffleuse (13).
- Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite portion prédéterminée (7) de l'installation comprend en outre la remplisseuse (1) et la boucheuse (3) et en ce que la capacité du dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons est au moins égale au nombre des récipients (préformes ou récipients achevés) présents entre l'entrée du four (12) et l'entrée de la boucheuse (3).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (6) de stockage dynamique de bouchons s'étend approximativement verticalement.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un outre des moyens pour réguler l'alimentation en bouchons en cas d'incident dans l'alimentation en récipients.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour réguler l'alimentation en bouchons sont agencés pour bloquer (9, 33) l'alimentation en bouchons.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (9, 33) pour réguler l'alimentation en bouchons sont agencés pour provoquer un glissement contrôlé des bouchons par rapport aux récipients.
- Dispositif de stockage dynamique d'un nombre prédéterminé de bouchons destinés à la fermeture au défilé de récipients remplis, ce dispositif étant destiné à être utilisé notamment dans une installation selon la revendication 6 et comportant :des moyens (15) d'alimentation en bouchons prépositionnés et disposés les uns à la suite des autres avec un pas prédéterminé,des moyens transporteurs (20 ; 22, 24, 26) déplaçant les bouchons sur une trajectoire ayant une longueur fonction du susdit nombre prédéterminé de bouchons,et des moyens (27) de prélèvement situés à la sortie desdits moyens transporteurs pour saisir les bouchons un à un,un barillet (21) tournant autour d'un axe vertical (23) et possédant, sur sa face périphérique, une multiplicité d'évidements (24) verticaux parallèles, etune piste hélicoïdale fixe (22) entourant étroitement le barillet (21) sur toute la hauteur de celui-ci et propre à supporter des bouchons par ailleurs partiellement engagés individuellement dans les susdits évidements respectifs du barillet de manière à être entraínés sur la trajectoire hélicoïdale définie par la piste lorsque le barillet tourne,le nombre de tours de la piste hélicoïdale et le nombre des évidements verticaux constitués sur la périphérie du barillet définissant le susdit nombre prédéterminé de bouchons présents simultanément dans le dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (15) d'alimentation comportent une roue tournante (16) qui possède des encoches périphériques (18) espacées avec le même pas que les évidements verticaux (24) du barillet (21) et qui est propre à saisir les bouchons présentés en file et à les délivrer sur l'extrémité de la piste hélicoïdale (22) respectivement dans les évidements verticaux successifs (24) du barillet.
