Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schmelzen, Temperieren und Fördern von Flüssigmetall.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es,
  • Heizleistung und Standzeit der elektrisch beheizten Heizstäbe sowie die Heizflächenbelastung der elektrisch oder mittels Heißgas beheizten Gefäßwand zu steigern,
  • Oberfläche, Volumen, Masse, Isolieraufwand und Energieverluste des Heiz/Schmelzgefäßes zu minimieren und seine Festigkeit zu erhöhen,
  • Bruch-, Verschleißfestigkeit, Laufgüte und Förderleistung der relativ zueinander bewegten vorzugsweise aus keramischen Werkstoffen bestehenden Teile der Schraubenpumpe zu gewährleisten.
Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird dies dadurch erzielt, daß
  • die stab- oder schraubenförmigen Heizdrähte in U-förmig oder voll umschließenden Kanälen angeordnet sind, die von der Gefäßwand und wärmeleitend miteinander verbundenen Wänden gebildet werden und die Heizdrähte durch elektrisch nichtleitende Halterungen gegen die Kanalwände distanziert sind,
  • die Anschnitt- und die Abstreifkante der Schraubenspindel spiralförmig über den Umfang gestreckt sind,
  • zwischen der Innenfläche des Tauchrohres und der Zylinderaußenfläche des Spindelzapfens sowie dem Kupplungszapfen der Förderspindel Wälzlager und oder Gleitlager angeordnet sind, und in den Gleifflächen von Tauchrohr und/oder Spindelzapfen mehrere Gleifflächen mit keilförmigem Querschnitt angeordnet sind und der Spindelzapfen mit mehreren zur Oberfläche radial geneigten Zulaufbohrungen, Verteilerkanälen und einer Zentralbohrung versehen ist.
Anwendungsgebiete der Erfindung sind Prozesse zum Schmelzen, Temperieren und Fördern von Flüssigmetallen und anderen heißen, aggressiven und schlecht benetzenden Flüssigkeiten.
