Abstract
L'invention concerne une matrice de transport et un dispositif de diagnostic pour obtenir des changements physiquement décelables selon une répartition prédéterminée sur une zone de détection qui est corrélée avec la quantité d'analyte choisi dans un échantillon. La matrice comprend des zones de détection (26 et 28) comportant un réactif de capture produisant un changement physiquement décelable, corrélé avec la quantité d'analyte choisi dans l'échantillon. La zone de détection possède une frontière avant (100), qui entre en contact la première avec l'échantillon, et une frontière arrière (102), qui entre en contact avec l'échantillon après avoir été transportée à travers la zone de détection. Le réactif de capture est immobilisé sur la matrice selon une répartition prédéterminée, depuis la frontière avant jusqu'à la frontière arrière de la zone de détection. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer le niveau de l'analyte choisi, réparti selon une configuration prédéterminée sur la zone de détection sur une matrice de transport, corrélée avec la quantité de l'analyte choisi.
