Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Herstellung von hochfesten und hochzähen Stahlprofilrohren, die von der runden Querschnittsform abweichen, aus warmgewalzten nahtlosen Stahlrohren mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt. Dabei werden die warmgewalzten Stahlrohre nach Erreichen ihrer Endabmessung als Rundrohr in an sich bekannter Weise gehärtet und anschließend angelassen und die Stahlrohre werden danach bei Anlaßtemperatur (500 °C bis < Ac1) in ein Rohrprofilwalzwerk eingesetzt und in ihre endgültige Form gewalzt und anschließend an Luft abgekühlt.The invention relates to a method and a plant for the production of high-strength and high-toughness steel profile tubes, which differ from the round cross-sectional shape, from hot-rolled seamless steel tubes with a circular cross-section.
