If several bundles lie on top of each other, the lifting strap rings fit the bundle shape therefore do not take up any space and do not cause any damage on the pipes.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lifting belt for lifting and transporting loads, about boxes, pipes or the like. Bands are often coated with plastic used to protect the tape from cuts, wear, moisture or To protect pollution. Both the uncoated and the coated Lifting straps have the disadvantage that they have low inherent rigidity and are therefore difficult to handle in some situations. For example lifting straps often have to be pushed under loads, which difficulties due to their low inherent rigidity.
The object of the invention is to propose a lifting strap that is easier to handle is.
This object is achieved by a lifting belt with the features of
In a preferred embodiment, the band part goes in on both sides of the Loops formed over fabric belts. In a further advantageous embodiment the strap part or the entire lifting strap is ring-shaped. The fabric belts are approximately in the form of two concentric, radially spaced from the intermediate layer Arranged rings.
The intermediate layer is preferably made by pouring a flowable one Plastic material between the fabric belts, which are kept at a distance in a mold receive. Polyurethane is preferably used as the plastic material. This material can be practically in the form of two flowable components Pour room temperature between the fabric belts. The liquid material can easily penetrate into the near-surface layers of the fabric straps. After this Hardening of the polyurethane becomes a firm bond between the intermediate layer and get the fabric straps.
- Fig. 1
- ein Hebeband mit Schlaufen,
- Fig. 2
- ein ringförmiges Hebeband, und
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 1
- a lifting strap with loops,
- Fig. 2
- an annular lifting strap, and
- Fig. 3
- a cross-section along the line III-III in Fig. 1 and 2nd
As can be seen from the drawings, a lifting strap according to the invention has
a
Fig. 2 shows a lifting strap, the strap part 1a has no loops, but that is closed in a ring. It is composed of an outer fabric belt 7 and an inner fabric belt 8. Both belts are spaced radially arranged to each other and with each other via a polyurethane intermediate layer 5a connected. An annular lifting strap can e.g. used in tube loading become. With this type of loading, a bundle of tubes is made up of two ring-shaped ones Includes lifting straps. The rings are placed in a crane hook by a stop mounted. The stop must be on the top of the tube bundle stand, which carries a high risk of accidents. This dangerous activity is not necessary with a lifting strap ring with an elastic intermediate layer. Due to the three-layer structure, the lifting straps get one Inherent stiffness that they protrude in an arc shape over the bundle to be lifted so that a crane operator can lift the crane hook without the help of a stopper can be hooked into the lifting strap and later released again. If several bundles lie on top of each other, the lifting strap rings fit the bundle shape therefore do not take up any space and do not cause any damage on the pipes.
