Abstract

Eine Gerotorpumpe für flüssige Medien umfaßt ein Pumpengehäuse (3, 29), eine zylindrische Kammer (5) in dem Pumpengehäuse (3, 29), einen in der zylindrischen Kammer (5) aufgenommenen Gerotor-Laufsatz (9), der von einer Pumpenantriebswelle (11) rotierend anzutreiben ist, um die zu pumpende Flüssigkeit von einem Sauganschluß (31) der Pumpe her in einen Ansaugbereich der Kammer (5) anzusaugen und die angesaugte Pumpflüssigkeit aus einem Ausstoßbereich der Kammer (5) zu einem Druckanschluß (33) hin auszutreiben, wobei der Gerotor-Laufsatz (9) einen Außenrotor (43) mit einer der Umfangsfläche (6) der Kammer (5) radial zugewandten Außenumfangafläche (8) aufweist. Zwischen den radial einander gegenüberliegenden Umfangsflächen (6, 8) der Kammer (5) und des Außenrotors (43) ist ein Wälzlager (90) oder ein Gleitlagerelement (90) zur radialen Lagerung des Außenrotors (43) in der Kammer (5) angeordnet. Hierdurch erreicht man auch bei starker Belastung über eine lange Lebensdauer ausgezeichnete Pumplaufeigenschaften.
