Abstract
Description
La double fonction assurée par la tige de percussion conduit à un empilement des jeux, à savoir un jeu au niveau du relais de déclenchement avec la tige de déclenchement, un jeu entre la tige de déclenchement et la tige de percussion et un jeu entre la tige de percussion et la barre de déclenchement du disjoncteur, ainsi qu'à un empilement des cotes longitudinales.
- La figure 1 illustre dans une vue en coupe longitudinale, un disjoncteur différentiel conforme à l'invention, dans une position armée et contacts fermés.
- La figure 2 est une vue similaire à la précédente, illustrant le disjoncteur différentiel dans une position contacts fermés et relais différentiel déclenché, juste avant l'ouverture des contacts et ,
- La figure 3 est une vue similaire à la précédente, illustrant le même disjoncteur dans une position réarmée du relais simultanément à l'ouverture des contacts.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de coupure électrique comprenant, disposés dans un même boítier étroit, l'un sensiblement dans le prolongement de l'autre dans un plan sensiblement parallèle aux grandes faces latérales du boítier, un déclencheur électromagnétique apte à agir sur un organe de déclenchement pour commander un dispositif de déclenchement de manière à provoquer la séparation des contacts fixe et mobile lors d'une élévation brusque du courant et un déclencheur différentiel apte à agir sur l'organe de déclenchement précité pour commander le dispositif de déclenchement de manière à provoquer la séparation des contacts lors de l'apparition d'un défaut d'isolation dans l'installation, ledit déclencheur différentiel comprenant un moyen d'actionnement apte à déplacer une tige d'actionnement entre une position de repos et une position d'actionnement de l'organe de déclenchement, caractérisé en ce que la tige de déclenchement (19) est disposée à l'extérieur du déclencheur électromagnétique (7) et agit directement sur l'organe de déclenchement précité (20) lors de l'apparition d'un défaut différentiel.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que cette tige de déclenchement (19) assure le réarmement du moyen d'actionnement (16) après l'ouverture des contacts (3,4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige de déclenchement (19) précitée comporte un bec (21) apte à coopérer avec le dispositif de déclenchement D de manière que l'actionnement du dispositif de déclenchement D entraíne le réarmement du moyen d'actionnement différentiel (16) aprés ouverture des contacts (3,4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déclenchement (D) comprenant un système d'accrochage (22) retenant le contact mobile (4) en position fermée au moyen d'une platine rotative (23) solidaire en rotation du contact mobile (4), et le déverrouillage du système d'accrochage (22) sous l'effet de l'actionnement de l'organe de déclenchement (20) entraínant la rotation de la platine (23) dans un sens et la séparation des contacts, le bec précité (21) coopère avec la platine (23) de manière que la rotation de la platine (23) pendant le déclenchement entraíne le réarmement du moyen d'actionnement différentiel (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'actionnement (16) est apte à entraíner la tige de déclenchement (19) en translation parallèlement à son axe longitudinal, entre une position de repos et une position d'actionnement de l'organe de déclenchement (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comportant une manette (6) de commande manuelle des contacts, la tige de déclenchement (19) s'étend entre la manette (6) et le déclencheur magnétique (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déclencheur magnétique (7) comprenant une tige de percussion (12) coopérant avec une bobine (10), la tige de déclenchement (19) comprend une partie rectiligne (19a) formant un angle a d'environ 10° avec l'axe de la tige de percussion (12) et une partie d'extrémité recourbée (19b) sensiblement à angle droit, en direction de l'extrémité de la tige de percussion (12), ladite partie recourbée (19b) coopérant avec l'organe de déclenchement (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'actionnement est un relais (16) à accrochage magnétique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un circuit d'essai à bouton test, ledit bouton test étant situé sous la manette (6) et agissant sur un élément ressort situé latéralement à la tige, ledit élément ressort reliant une résistance test (17a) incorporée au circuit électronique de la fonction différentielle au potentiel de la carcasse de la bobine (10).
- Disjoncteur comprenant un dispositif de coupure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de déclenchement (20) est une barre de déclenchement.
