Abstract

Ein mit einer hydraulischen Ausdehnungsdose (5) arbeitender Temperaturregler hat zur Kraftübertragung zwischen der Ausdehnungsdose und der Schaltfeder (21) eines Schnappschalters (20) eine Hebeleinrichtung (30). In diese ist zur Überlastsicherung für die Schaltfeder ein Puffer integriert, der oberhalb einer der Betätigungskraft der Schaltfeder im Schaltpunkt zugeordneten Grenzkraft elastisch nachgiebig und unterhalb der Grenzkraft im wesentlichen starr ist. Die Baueinheit aus Puffer und Hebeleinrichtung wird durch eine in Form eines Blech-Biegeteils vorliegenden Schaltwippe (31) gebildet, die einen L-förmigen Schwenkhebelabschnitt (40) hat, mit dem einstückig eine in Öffnungsrichtung vorgespannte, anschlagsbegrenzt öffnende Bügelfeder (41) ausgebildet ist.

A temperature regulator working with a hydraulic expansion socket (5) has a lever device (30) for transmitting force between the expansion socket and the switching spring (21) of a snap switch (20).
