Abstract

An improved sun-tanning mat with a number of multi-purpose anchoring means (16, 17), a number of safety storage means (24) and a number of gripping and carrying means (26, 27). Said means are compatible, adaptable and combinable for simultaneous use, and enable the mat to be adapted at any time according to the terrain and the user's needs.

Description

The invention consists of a tanning towel optimized for bathers, with multiple multifunctional anchoring means, multiple safe storage means, multiple input and transport means, said means being compatible, scalable, and collaborating by their ability to use simultaneously, optimizable at any time under the conditions of the site and the needs of the user.

It is known towels provided with rigid inserts consistent able to receive metal anchors. Le rabat supérieur précité offre une quatrième protection et l'alternance des ouvertures offre une cinquième protection contre le risque de glissement et le risque de vol d'un pickpocket des objets insérés dans lesdites pochettes et poches, en gênant l'introduction d'une main, en retenant un objet sollicité au glissement de sortie, et en prenant au dépourvu un éventuel pick-pocket.

La Figure 3 est une vue recto de la serviette avec zone périphérique préférentielle d'attachements multiples et deux bretelles multifonctions. Elle représente une serviette telle qu'en Figures 1 et 2, avec un appui-tête dont les pochettes, rabat(s), et poches sont non apparents.

Les Figures 4 et 5 sont respectivement des vues recto de la serviette. Elles représentent le dessus d'une serviette de même famille qu'en Figure 3, et l'extrémité de quatre languettes de lestage ou d'ancrage-arrimage direct munies respectivement elles-mêmes d'une double bretelle multifonctions (16) encore appelée bretelle ou sangle d'ancrage-arrimage indirect, et de boutons-pression d'ancrage-arrimage (17) Lesdites quatre languettes de lestage ou d'ancrage sont appareillées en deux sous-ensembles identiques respectivement déployés et repliés autour et sur l'appui-tête, pour l'un d'entre eux.

La Figure 6 est une vue verso de la serviette de même famille qu'en Figure 4. Elle représente le dessous d'une serviette telle qu'en Figures 4 et 5. Chacun des deux sous-ensembles identiques déployés constitue deux sacs capables d'être pliés selon un axe longitudinal, l'ouverture desdits sacs portant les languettes de lestage précitées.

La Figure 7 est une vue verso de la serviette. Elle représente le dessous d'une serviette équipée de quatre poches de lestage à gousset en partie basse, ayant une largeur inférieure à celle des quatre parties pliables du reste de la serviette, avec trois boutons-pression à chacune d'entre elles. Deux des poches de lestage à gousset ont des bretelles multifonctions (16) biaises, surplombant l'ouverture de la poche. Le verso de la zone appui-tête (1) est équipé de deux sacs (24) aptes à abriter deux poignées télescopiques (26,27).

Les Figures 8, 9, et 10, sont respectivement deux vues recto et une vue verso de la serviette. Elles représentent respectivement une serviette presque identique à celle des Figures 4,5,6. Le bord extérieur des deux sacs constitués en partie haute coïncide avec le bord supérieur de l'appui-tête. Les extrémités des deux languettes de lestage ou d'ancrage-arrimage direct sont munies respectivement d'une double sangle d'ancrage-arrimage indirect et de trois boutons-pression d'ancrage-arrimage. L'ouverture des deux sacs est plus large que le corps du sac, ce qui les fait déborder au delà du bord supérieur de l'appui-tête, favorisant des ancrages-arrimages longitudinaux de la serviette, en sus des ancrages-arrimages transversaux. Les deux sacs inférieurs sont identiques à ceux des Figures 4, 5, 6.

Elles représentent la serviette de la Figure 5 pour le verso et de la Figure 4 pour le recto, chacune étant munie d'un deuxième moyen d'ancrage constitué d'une sangle apte à réunir et ancrer simultanément plusieurs serviettes. Le deuxième moyen d'ancrage est lui-même prolongé d'un troisième moyen d'ancrage constitué par un objet ayant une superficie développée apte à recevoir un lest déporté latéralement loin de l'appui-tête, les trois moyens d'ancrage étant eux-mêmes susceptibles de recevoir un quatrième moyen d'ancrage compatible non représenté ici, tel que plateau ou tabouret à jambes d'emprisonnement.

La Figure 13 est une vue en surplomb d'une serviette pliée sur deux axes. Elle représente un mode particulier de pliage d'une serviette, avec deux poignées télescopiques et un sac (24) extérieur.

Les Figures 14, 15 et 16 sont respectivement deux vues partielles verso et une vue partielle recto de serviette. Elles représentent en recto la partie appui-tête d'une serviette, et en verso deux sacs (24) moins larges que l'appui-tête, avec des extrémités de sac rabattables plus larges que les sacs, le tout avec bretelles multifonctions (16) et poignées télescopiques (26) ou (27).

La Figure 17 est une vue partielle verso de serviette. Elle représente une poche de lestage (19) avec ouverture en forme de poignée, bretelles (16) et boutons de pression (17).

La Figure 18 est une vue partielle verso de la serviette. Elle représente deux languettes de lestage (18) respectivement munies d'une poche de lestage (19) à gousset et à ouverture biaise, d'une ouverture en forme de poignée, d'une bretelle et de deux boutons pression.

La Figure 19 est une vue partielle verso de serviette. Elle représente la même chose que la figure précédente avec bretelle biaise recouvrant l'ouverture biaise de la poche de lestage à gousset.

La Figure 20 est une vue partielle verso de la serviette. Elle représente une poche de lestage (19) sans fond avec extrémités rabattables faisant office de languette de lestage, et double ouverture (28) pour la poche, et (25) pour la poignée.

La Figure 21 est une vue partielle verso de la serviette. Elle représente trois poches de lestage (19) assurant en même temps les fonctions de languette de lestage (18).

La Figure 22 est une vue partielle verso de la serviette. Elle représente une poche de lestage (19) sans fond, fermée par une sangle (20) solidaire d'un plateau (22), ladite poche assumant le rôle de languette de lestage.

La Figure 23 est une vue partielle verso de la serviette. Elle représente deux poches de lestage (19) fermées par une sangle à relief et un tabouret renforçant l'ancrage.

La Figure 24 est une vue en coupe. Elle représente un plateau-tabouret d'ancrage à empiètement angulaire.

La Figure 25 est une vue en coupe. Elle représente une chambre isolante d'ancrage.

La Figure 26 est une vue verso de la serviette. Elle représente une serviette avec deux sacs (24) de même largeur que l'appui-tête et une poche (19) ou sac (24), sans fond, de largeur inférieure à un pan repliable, avec bretelles multifonctions (16) et boutons pressions (17).

Figure 23 is a partial rear view of the napkin. It represents two ballast pockets (19) closed by a raised strap and a stool reinforcing the anchorage.

Claims (12)

1. Sun-tanning towel including at least one anchoring element consisting of a protuberance projecting with respect to the peripheral border of the towel, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) is made of a flexible material and has an open-ended surface able to be spread out by the user according to his liking and having length and width dimensions, effective surface and shapings able to provide at least three separate functions able to be used alternatively or in combination so as to ensure a three-dimensional anchoring, namely :

   an anchoring function by being buried in the ground,

   an anchoring function by being ballasted on the ground by retaining a ballast whilst being adapted to any type of terrain,

   an anchoring function by being stowed on various objects situated on or in the ground.
2. Optimised towel according to claim 1, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) is able to be folded up so as to reduce the volume area of the towel in its folded up state and is integral with the border of the towel.
3. Optimised towel according to claim 1, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) is able to be folded up so as to reduce the volume area of the towel in its folded up state and consists of the extremity of a safety storage element (19, 24).
4. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) is integral with the towel by fixing means (16, 17, 25, 28) able to be disconnected.
5. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) includes at least one pocket able to receive a weight possibly consisting of a solid, fluid or liquid object or of various objects and able to be ballasted on internal and external surfaces.
6. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) includes at least one fixing element (16, 17, 25, 28) for providing the anchoring function via being stowed on various objects, indeed of a conventional or optimised towel, alternatively or in combination:

   on said protuberance (18, 19, 30),

   beyond said protuberance (18, 19, 30),

   in folds, loops, twisted cords of said protuberance (18, 19, 30).

Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said protuberance (18, 19, 30) includes several fixing elements (16, 17, 25, 28) used together to provide the anchoring function by being stowed on various objects of a conventional or optimised towel, alternatively or in combination:

   on said protuberance (18, 19, 30),

   beyond said protuberance (18, 19,30),

   in folds, loops or twisted cords of said protuberance (18, 19, 30).

Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it includes on at least one essential portion, possibly projecting, at least one fixing element (16, 17, 25, 28) so as to ensure the anchoring function by stowing on miscellaneous objects, indeed another conventional or optimised towel on and/or beyond said optimised towel.
9. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it includes at least one of the following anchoring means :

   deployable ballasting container with multifunctions (30) able to receive in its holding surface a liquid and fluid ballast, such as a drink, and able to be mounted in the holding surface of the towel or projecting with respect to the outer edges of the towel ;

   suction grip for the tiled surfaces ;

   tongue/pocket (24) or tongue/ballast bag (19) with multifunctions able to receive and/or support grasping belts by means of fixing elements (16, 17, 25, 28) and/or by open sections of said bag(s) or pocket(s), and/or by the passage through said bottomless pockets or bags (19, 24);

   ballast element (18) for extending the bags and pockets (19, 24) ;

   deployable handle (27) suitable for acting as a ballasting tongue (18) ;

   ballasting element (20) able to act as a ballasting tongue (18) ;

   ballasting element (20) able to simultaneously anchor and combine several towels optimised by fixing means (16, 17, 25, 28) and/or open bag sections (19) or pockets (24) and/or by the passage through bottomless pockets or bags (19, 24).
10. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises at least one anchoring element consisting of multifunction protection means for safely storing various objects, such as pockets (6, 7, 11, 12, 13) situated inside the head support (1) and/or bags and pockets (18, 19, 24) fixed to the towel, possibly being able to be disconnected, and which each comprise their closing element directly or indirectly, and/or protuberances used for closing or as a neutralisation access element.
11. Optimised towel according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises at least one multifunction grasping element, especially when the towel is being carried, such as telescopic or retractable handles (26, 27), single handles (26), deployable handles (27), shoulder straps (16), ballasting tongues (18) able to receive grasping belts (20), perforations (25, 28) and/or fixing elements situated in the zone (31) of the towel or on tongues, bags, pockets or ballasting containers allowing the grasping and/or adding of grasping elements.
12. Towel according to one of claims 2 to 11, characterised in that said protuberances (18, 19, 30) comprise at least one fixing element (16, 17, 25, 28) fitted on their extremity and being fixed on conventional towels and also on miscellaneous objects.
