Description

The invention consists of a tanning towel optimized for bathers, with multiple multifunctional anchoring means, multiple safe storage means, multiple input and transport means, said means being compatible, scalable, and collaborating by their ability to use simultaneously, optimizable at any time under the conditions of the site and the needs of the user.

Une telle serviette est connue par US-A- 4 466 516.It is known towels provided with rigid inserts consistent able to receive metal anchors. These systems are unfavorable to washing, conducive to corrosion and therefore expensive in the choice of materials, heavy, limited to use in loose soil (sand, pebbles), dangerous for the bare feet of the swimmers, and penalizing for the surface comfortable remaining usable in a towel. Such a towel is known by US-A-4,466,516.

Une telle serviette est connue par US-A- 5 110 219.It is known towels indirectly associating with the towel rigid inserts These systems are not unfavorable to the environment. washing, the textile part of the napkin is not concerned, but they are limited to use in loose soil (sand, pebbles), and dangerous for the bare feet of swimmers. Such a towel is known from US-A-5 110 219.

It is known towels having corner pockets able to receive a ballast more or less fluid such as sand or pebbles. US-A-5 406 659 shows such a napkin. These pockets close with "VELCRO" type bands holding back sand and dirt, making towels that are unsuitable for washing, which can be used only in sites offering ballast availability, and oversized due to the use of this only means anchor. Corner pockets using slider closures are expensive and unreliable at holding in time, easily deteriorating in the sand. The end of these closures imposes a reduction of opening which retains dirt and sand. They are limited to use in site offering ballast availability, and oversized due to the use of a only means of anchorage, dangerous for the bare feet of swimmers because of the presence rigid and penalizing closures for the comfortable surface remaining usable in a towel.

It is known foldable towels, including a storage pocket, but it does not exist of choice to place the objects at the desirable place to participate in anchoring the totality the area of towels, and choice to protect the objects placed in this pocket against shocks, loss by sliding in the sand, and theft by a pickpocket.

Foldable towels with handles are known, but they are obstacles in which the feet of swimmers are taken, are generally unidirectional and assume only one function.

en ce qu'elle dispose d'un choix de plus de neuf moyens d'ancrage dits optimisés du fait de sa double aptitude à s'accommoder de sols variés tels que sols meubles sableux, sols meubles de galets, sols herbeux, sols carrelés, sols forestiers, et à effectuer des changements de lest complets et propres, ne fixant pas la saleté et n'emprisonnant pas malencontreusement des restes de lest ;
en ce qu'elle dispose de moyens d'ancrage, de stockage sécuritaire, de saisie ou de transport dits optimisés du fait d'une double aptitude à la compatibilité et à la flexibilité d'adaptation aux contraintes du site et aux besoins de l'utilisateur, grâce à la simplicité, et à l'étendue d'une très large plage de caractéristiques modulables ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage direct consiste en des languettes de lestage multifonctions (18) montées en saillie des côtés de la serviette et aptes à être lestées sur une face extérieure desdites languettes ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage direct consiste en des sacs de lestage (19) multifonctions aptes à recevoir à l'intérieur un lest solide et fluide tel que sable, gravier, galets, et aptes à être montés dans la surface d'emprise du verso de la serviette, ou en saillie par rapport aux bords extérieurs de la serviette ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage direct consiste en des réservoirs de lestage (30) multifonctions aptes à recevoir à l'intérieur un lest liquide et fluide tel que eau, boisson, et aptes à être montés dans la surface d'emprise du verso de la serviette, ou en saillie par rapport aux bords extérieurs de la serviette ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage indirect consiste en tout moyen de fixation apte à assurer indirectement une solidarisation entre la serviette, une partie constitutive en saillie ou non de la serviette telle que zone de pliage (2), zone d'appui-tête (1), bretelle multifonctions et passant (16), languette de lestage (18), sac de lestage (19), poche (24) réservoir de lestage (30), et tout objet annexe tel que plateau mobile (22), siège, tabouret, banc ou pouf mobile (21), serviette de bronzage, serviette d'appoint, sangles et câbles divers (20) dont sangles à relief pour éviter le moindre glissement, meubles équipés de clips ou de pinces, parasol; ladite solidarisation pouvant se faire à tout instant par implantation préférentielle dans une zone périphérique (31) située sur les bords extérieurs de la serviette ou des parties constitutives de la serviette en saillie ou non, grâce à des moyens de fixation divers dont d'une part les accessoires de fixation légers (17) tels que boutons pression, pinces, boutonnières, oeillets, clips, et dont, d'autre part, les perforations (25, 28,) et sections ouvertes de sacs de lestage (19) ou de poches (24) ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage, indirect, consiste en une solidarisation indirecte de tout objet annexe avec la serviette ou une partie constitutive en saillie de la serviette, les objets annexes, parties constitutives, et moyens de fixation étant de même nature que ceux précédemment cités. ;
en ce qu'un moyen d'ancrage, indirect, consiste en des languettes/poches (24) ou languettes/sacs de lestage (19) multifonctions précitées aptes à recevoir des sangles de préhension. Il est à noter d'une part que les mots poches ou sacs sont interchangeables dès lors que subsiste leur aptitude à recevoir du lest ou des charges et d'autre part qu'ils sont eux-mêmes aptes à être qualifiés simultanément de languettes de lestage dès lors que la superficie de leur partie extérieure est suffisamment développée pour être lestée ;
