Claims (10)

  1. Schloßteilsatz zum Betätigen der Senkerplatinen (2, 3, 4) für Rundstrickmaschinen zum Herstellen von Standard-Schlingenmaschen und Sandwich-Schlingenmaschen, mit Schloßteilen (20) und Gegenschloßteilen (21, 22, 23), die einen Weg (1) für die hinteren Abschnitte (2a, 3a, 4a) der Senkerplatinen (2, 3, 4) bilden, welche zwei auf unterschiedlichen Höhen angeordnete Senkflächen (7, 8, 9) für zumindest zwei Fäden-(60, 61) haben, die an einer Zufuhr der Maschine ausgegeben werden, um Schlingenstrickmaschen zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in dem Bereich des Wegs (1), der der Abwärtsbewegung der Nadeln (10) des Nadelzylinders (6) zum Bilden von Strickmaschen mit den beiden an einer Zufuhr der Maschine ausgegebenen Fäden (60, 61) entspricht, einen Schloßteil (40) hat, der sich auf Befehl in zwei Betriebsstellungen bewegen kann, um zumindest eine Veränderung des Wegs (1) zu erzeugen, gefolgt von den hinteren Abschnitten (2a, 3a, 4a) der Platinen (2, 3, 4), durch die Schloßteile (20) und Gegenschloßteile (21, 22, 23); wobei der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) ein erstes Profil (40a) hat, mit dem die hinteren Abschnitte (2a, 3a, 4a) der Platinen (2, 3, 4) in Berührung kommen können und das dazu geeignet ist, in einer ersten der beiden Stellungen des beweglichen Schloßteils (40) einen Abstand der Platinen (2, 3, 4) von der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders (6) bezüglich des Wegs (1) einzustellen, um den auf der unteren Senkfläche (11) der Platinen (2, 3, 4) aufliegenden Faden (60, 61) von der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders (6) weg zu bewegen.
  2. Schloßteilsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) ein zweites Profil (40b) hat, mit dem die Platinen (2, 3, 4) in Berührung kommen können, wenn sich der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) in der zweiten der beiden Stellungen befindet, und das dazu geeignet ist, bezüglich des Wegs (1) die Bewegung der Platinen (2, 3, 4) auf die Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders zu vorwegzunehmen, um den auf der unteren Senkfläche (11) der Platinen (2, 3, 4) aufliegenden Faden (60, 61) auf die Achse (6a) das Nadelzylinders zu zu bewegen.
  3. Schloßteilsatz nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) in einer Ebene liegt, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders ist, und sich auf Befehl bewegen kann, um in einer Richtung, die im wesentlichen radial bezüglich des Nadelzylinders (6) ist, von der ersten der beiden Stellungen in die zweite der beiden Stellungen überzugehen.
  4. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Profil (40a) durch die Seite des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) gebildet ist, die von der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders weg zeigt; wobei das erste Profil (40a) in der ersten Stellung des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) die Seite der hinteren Abschnitte (2a, 3a, 4a) der Platinen (2, 3, 4) berührt, die zu der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders hin zeigt.
  5. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Profil (40b) von der Seite des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) gebildet ist, die zu der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders hin zeigt; wobei das zweite Profil (40b) in der zweiten Stellung des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) von dem Rücken (2b) der Platinen (2) berührt wird, der dem hinteren Abschnitt (2a) gegenüberliegt.
  6. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Profil (40a) des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) einen ersten Abschnitt hat, der sich allmählich von der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders entfernt und dem ein zweiter Abschnitt folgt, der sich allmählich der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders nähert.
  7. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Profil (40b) einen ersten Abschnitt hat, der sich allmählich der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders nähert und dem ein zweiter Abschnitt folgt, der sich allmählich von der Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders entfernt.
  8. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) in der Draufsicht im wesentlichen diamantförmig mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildet ist.
  9. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schloßteil (20) oder der Gegenschloßteil (21, 22, 23), der der Seite des bewegbaren Schloßteils (40) gegenübersteht, die von dem Nadelzylinder (6) weg zeigt, einen vertieften Bereich (70) hat, um die Bewegung der Platinen (2, 3, 4) von dem Nadelzylinder (6) weg zu ermöglichen, wenn sich der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) in der ersten Stellung befindet.
  10. Schloßteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Schloßteil (40) einen der Schloßteile (20) teilweise überlappt, der in einer im wesentlichen ringförmigen Konfiguration um die Achse (6a) des Nadelzylinders liegt, und verschiebbar in einer Ausnehmung (50) aufgenommen ist, die an der Oberseite des ringförmigen Schloßteils (20) ausgebildet ist.
