Claims (9)

  1. Outil pour la fabrication de tôles minces structurées avec une stabilité de forme améliorée, composé d'une plaque plane (1) de forme stable sur laquelle sont disposés des corps géométriques individuels de même nature (2) sous une forme ordonnée à l'intérieur d'un cadre (3), qui forment par leur ensemble la forme négative pour une tôle à déformer (4), caractérisé en ce que le nombre des corps géométriques (2) dans le cadre (3) est calculé de telle manière que ceux-ci se placent eux-mêmes dans une position fixe sur la plaque (1) et soient mobiles en direction verticale à l'intérieur du cadre (3) et en ce que des moyens d'application d'une pression sont associés à cette forme négative ainsi formée.
  2. Outil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme corps géométriques (2) des billes, des galets, des cylindres, des troncs de pyramide ou des troncs de cône.
  3. Outil suivant la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3) est réglable en fonction de la taille de la surface à structurer.
  4. Outil suivant les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la pression sur la tôle à déformer (4) se fait par un poinçon (6) revêtu d'un élastomère (5).
  5. Outil suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la pression sur la tôle à déformer (4) se fait par un fluide gazeux ou liquide.
  6. Outil suivant les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la pression sur la tôle à déformer (4) se fait par une combinaison des caractéristiques des revendications 4 et 5.
  7. Outil suivant les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la pression sur la tôle à déformer (4) se fait par une forme positive fixée à un poinçon (6).
  8. Outil suivant les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les corps géométriques (2) disposés dans la forme positive sont fixés de façon autocentrante.
  9. Outil suivant la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des barrettes (8) de préférence interchangeables sont fixées sur les faces intérieures du cadre (3).
