The hydraulic systems included in group B are used in relief weirs, cascade weirs and in isolated cases with sliders etc. applied. A significant advantage here is the possibility that the partially large weights of the discharge control elements in the form of vertically movable weirs such as relief weirs or cascade weirs can be moved at a correspondingly high speed, all the more so because an offset and tilting is not technically possible. The hydraulic control of slide systems is all the more problematic the greater the risk that dislocation can occur in the approach mode. The pneumatic systems of group C correspond to those of the hydraulic variant B in their application technology and will mostly only be used with a lower cost relevance compared to the hydraulic systems B.
In the majority of cases, the electrical systems of group D, in particular the discharge control elements, are equipped in the form of slow-moving slide systems. In particular, due to the common installation criteria of the vertically movable slide systems, which inevitably have to move into a lower-lying groove for sealing reasons in the bottom area of the sewerage system, the risk of clogging is an essential criterion of system security and rapid approach to the bottom or zero point is therefore not possible. From a construction point of view, the possibilities of the KSE Technik {3} in terms of wastewater control were previously limited to the use of cascade weirs with programmable surge flushing for pipe and channel systems from DN 1,200 mm. Since the necessary rapid lifting and lowering movements for generating surge waves with> 3.00 m / min. must be achieved, the necessary control can currently only be achieved with hydraulic systems, which accordingly entail considerable costs. As a result, the use of a drainage control element in the form of a cascade weir for smaller nominal widths <DN 1,200 cannot be marketed. With regard to the necessary reduction of investment and follow-up costs, especially in the wastewater sector, it should be pointed out that the automated cleaning of the sewer networks by suitable high-speed surge systems is being warned by the potential operators of the sewer networks. An appropriately usable invention according to EP-P atent A EGISTRATION PA No .: 97 120 508.3 dated 21.11.1997 with the label "slide system for continuous modulation and cleaning of sewer systems through generation of surge waves, and design-related further utilization as control and locking element for other liquid and gaseous media with total variants to be shown (A; B; C; D) "is now available. The inventive control of the aforementioned slide system as a surge element is primarily designed with a hydraulic control system, which is certainly difficult to implement in view of an inexpensive implementation.
Fig. 2 ersichtlich auf der Podestplatte [19] gelagert ist.
- Fig. 1 shows the Variant A " as a vertical system section through a shaft structure [7] . Here, the tension element [34] is detachably hooked in by means of a clamping device [ 26] located in the upper area of the slide system [26] arranged at an angle (α) [32] and via a at the Shaft wall [25] anchored deflection roller [28] so that, as can also be seen, a winding takes place on the roller [22] of the roller block [23] , which is anchored, for example, on a pedestal plate [19] . It is understandable that, depending on the direction of rotation [9] , by evaluating the integrated angle encoder [10] , the electromotive drive [2] which is rotationally coupled to the roller block [23 ], any desired locking position [30] by means of the on the roller [22] and the Roller clamp [24] reversibly clamped tension element [34] can be controlled.
- Fig. 2 shows the Variant B " as a vertical system section based on FIG. 1, in which it can be seen that the tension element [34] does not require a deflection roller [28] according to FIG. 1 and can be wound up directly via the roller [22] by means of an electric motor drive [2] .
- Fig. 3 shows the Variant C " as view in which a weir [31] has two eccentrically arranged tension elements [34] on rollers [22] , which are coupled to the respective electromotive drives [2] , with the help of a synchronization module [12] responsible for synchronism , which transmits the corresponding control impulses to the electromotive drives [2] , so that, depending on the direction of rotation [9], the specified locking position [30] can be approached.
- Fig. 4 shows the Variant D " as view in which a weir [31] has only one electromotive drive [2 ] by means of two eccentrically arranged tension elements [34] , because here the tension elements [34] are wound up by means of clamping devices [17] which are radial and diametrical are arranged on the roller [22] so that, depending on the direction of rotation [9] , mechanical synchronization is ensured via the indicated deflection rollers [28] .
- Fig. 5 shows a system section AA " according to FIG. 1, in which it can be seen that the electromotive drive [2] is firmly coupled to the roller block [23] and furthermore the drive shaft [3] of the electromotive drive [2] is in turn connected to the roller [22] in a non-slip manner.
- FIG. 6 shows a possible clamping device [17] consisting of individual elements according to FIG. 1 or FIG. 2 Detail A " in which the tension element [34] is guided around the deflection plate [27] and by means of the clamping screw [15] with an underlying crushing plate [20] inserted next to the tension element [34 ] by means of a clamping screw [15] on the top of the slide system [ 26] is reversibly attached.
- 6.1 shows a section AA " according to FIG. 6 in which it can be seen that the clamping device [17] consisting of individual elements in the lateral area of the tension element [34] between the clamping plate [14] and the deflection plate [27] and between the deflection plate [27] and the Slide system [26] still have interposed squeeze plates [20] . It is also made clear that the clamping screws [15] outside the tension element [34] are screwed into the bore [8] of the slide system [26] , so that this creates a tension-resistant but reversible connection.
- FIG. 7 shows a view of the roller [22] which shows that the mechanical synchronism of a discharge control element [1], for example a weir [31] according to FIG. 4 Variant D "is achieved independently of a given direction of rotation [9] by two clamping devices [17] , which are arranged radially and diametrically on the circumference of the roller [22] . In detail, the necessary non-slip coupling of the drive shaft [3] of the electromotive drive can be seen [2] the actual roller [22] , which is mounted on the pedestal plate [ 19] as can be seen from the roller block [23] in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Furthermore, it is logically evident that only one clamping device [17] at a time the role [22] in the Variants A, B, C " based on Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 are necessary and therefore have the same design features. It can be seen in detail that the given representation (in addition to Fig. 7.1 ) of the adjacent tension element [34] on the roller [22] it is in the winding process. Furthermore, it is loaded, the tension element [34] in the Klemmfräsung [13] loop-like manner with an adapted band deflection [6] to the correspondingly shaped roller clamp [24] and in continuation through the nip [16] and subsequent Bandausnehmung [5] for final locking by means of the clamping plate [14] using the clamping screw [15] on the roller [22] .
- Fig. 7.1 shows Detail B " from FIG. 7 in an enlarged representation as an exemplary solution of a clamping device [17] on a roller [22] , in which the tension element [34] into the clamping mill [13] around the roller clamp [24] and continued through the clamping gap [ is placed in the Bandausnehmung [5] 16]. the actual reversible attachment is achieved in that a fixed screw connection is made with the one in the roller [22] hole [8] by means of the clamping screw [15] on the clamp plate [14] , and thus leads to a tension-proof locking of the tension element [34] .
- Fig. 7.2 shows the view A - A " according to FIG. 7 from which it can be seen that the tension element [34 ] is fastened on the roller [22] by means of the clamping plate [14] by means of clamping screws [15] outside the tension element [34] in the area of the band recess [5] becomes.
- 8 shows a view of a clamping device [17] according to FIG Detail C " of FIG. 3 or FIG. 4 for modulating a discharge control element [1] in the form of a vertically controlled weir [31] , in which a clamping device [17 ] on the top of the weir [31] by means of an angular profile [33] connected with tensile strength is secured] according of FIG. 4. in this case, the construction of the clamping device [17] is illustrated by that the tension element [34] between the angle section [33] and clamp plate [14] by means of the interposed deflector [27] by a clamping screw [15 ] with lock nut [18] and Washer [29] , fixed, but still removable on the angle profile [33] and associated hole [8] , is locked.
- FIG. 8.1 shows the view of the clamping device [17] according to FIG. 9 , the advantageous arrangement of the squeeze plate [20] on both sides of the tension element [34] below the clamping plate [14] with the associated clamping screws [15] being evident.
