Abstract

In eine Leuchtenkonsole einsteckbarer Leuchtenkopf sowie Verfahren zum Zusammenbau des Leuchtenkopfes und Einziehwerkzeug zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Der Leuchtenkopf besitzt einen Stecker (5, 8, 10) der in eine in der Leuchtenkonsole (15) angeordnete Steckaufnahme (15.1) einsteckbar ist. Der Stecker besitzt einen die Steckkontakte (10, 11) tragenden Steckerkern (8), der in eine Steckerhülse (5) einsteckbar ist. Der Strahler (16) ist mit dem Stecker über ein Gelenk (7, 12) verbunden. Die Zuleitungen verlaufen von den Steckkontakten (10, 11) durch das Gelenk (7, 12) zum Strahler (16). Die Steckerhülse (5) ist über ein Rohrstück (6) einstückig und materialeinheitlich mit der Gelenkaufnahme (7) verbunden. Um das Einstecken des Steckerkerns (8) durch die Gelenkaufnahme (7) hindurch in das Rohrstück (6) und die Steckerhülse (5) zu ermöglichen, ist die Projektion des Querschnitts des Steckerkerns (8) zusammen mit den Steckkontakten (10, 11) in axialer Richtung kleiner als der Durchtrittsquerschnitt von Gelenkaufnahme (7) und Rohrstück (6). Beim Zusammenbau wird der Steckerkern (8) mit den Steckkontakten (10, 11) und Zuleitungsabschnitten von der Seite der Gelenkaufnahme (7) her mittels eines besonderen Einziehwerkzeuges in Rohrstück (6) und Steckerhülse (5) eingezogen.
