Claims (20)

  1. Schelle (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens einen Arm (2) mit einem Mast (3) starr zu verbinden, und von einem Bausatz (67) gebildet wird, der zunächst einen Körper (4) in der allgemeinen Form einer hohlen Halbschale aufweist, die daran angepasst ist, um mindestens eine Aussparung (11) zu haben, um den Körper (4) am Umfang des Mastes (3) zu platzieren, wobei der Körper (4) Mittel aufweist, die zur starren Befestigung am Mast (3) beitragen und eine Öffnung (14), die zur Durchführung mindestens eines Arms (2) bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14) des Körpers (4) so geformt, bemessen und positioniert ist, um die Ausfederung des besagten Arms (2), die sich aus den verschiedenen Neigungen des besagten Arms (2) ergibt, zu ermöglichen, und dadurch, dass der besagte Bausatz (67) weiterhin einen Montage-Unterbausatz (65) aufweist, der in den Körper (4) integriert ist und von mindestens einer Backe (6) gebildet wird, die mindestens eine kreisförmige Verzahnung (46) aufweist, die von Vertiefungen (47) und Vorsprüngen (48) gebildet wird, die abwechselnd und regelmäßig aufeinander abfolgend angeordnet sind, um einerseits den Arm (2) zu halten und andererseits fest mit dem Körper (4) verbunden zu sein, und schließlich starre Mittel (50) zur Befestigung des Montage-Unterbausatzes (65) am Körper (4) in einer bestimmten Position, so dass der Arm (2) die Öffnung (14) des Körpers (4) durchquert und starr mit dem Mast (3) in einer bestimmten Richtung dank des Montage-Unterbausatzes (65) und der Befestigungsmittel (19) verbunden ist, wobei der Bausatz (67) letztendlich Mittel (7) zum Einstellen der Befestigungsposition des Montage-Unterbausatzes (65) am Körper (4) umfasst, wobei die verschiedenen Befestigungspositionen verschiedenen Neigungen des Arms (2) in bezug zum Mast (3) entsprechen, und von einer doppelwandigen (55, 56) Scheibe (51) gebildet werden, die sich parallel zueinander und aneinander anliegend erstrecken, wobei jede Wand (55, 56) eine kreisförmige Verzahnung (58) aufweist, die von Vertiefungen (59) und Vorsprüngen (60) gebildet wird, die abwechselnd und regelmäßig auf dem Umfang der Scheibe (51) angeordnet sind und in der Lage, mit der Verzahnung (46) der Backe (6) des Montage-Unterbausatzes zusammenzuwirken, wobei jede Vertiefung (59) der ersten Wand (55) gegenüber einem Vorsprung (60) der zweiten Wand (56) der Scheibe (51) der Einstellmittel (7) angeordnet ist, um eine Einstellung der Neigung des Arms (2) in bezug zum Mast (3) gemäß einem Teilungswinkel zu ermöglichen, der kleiner als die Steigung zwischen den Vertiefungen (47) und den Vorsprüngen (48) der kreisförmigen Verzahnung der Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) ist.
  2. Schelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnung (58) jeder Wand (55) und (56) eine Steigung hat, die mit der Steigung der kreisförmigen Verzahnung (46) der Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) übereinstimmt, und dadurch, dass jede Vertiefung (59) der ersten Wand (55) in bezug auf jeden Vorsprung (60) der zweiten Wand (56) winkelig verschoben ist und umgekehrt.
  3. Schelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (51) einen etwa kreisförmigen Rand (52) über drei Viertel der Scheibe (51) aufweist, der sich in zwei etwa glatten, konvergierenden Wänden (53) in Richtung einer dritten Wand (54) verlängert, in die eine Aufnahme (57) eingearbeitet ist, die in der Lage ist, mit Befestigungsmitteln (19) zusammenzuwirken, um die Einstellmittel (7) mit dem ersten Körper (4) zu verbinden.
  4. Schelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14) gegenüber der Aussparung (11) angeordnet ist.
  5. Schelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14) eiförmig oder länglich ist.
  6. Schelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (4) gegenüber der Öffnung (14) mindestens einen rinnenförmigen Fortsatz (30) aufweist, der abtrennbar hervorspringt in Richtung der Aussparung (11), wobei der besagte Fortsatz (30) die Rotation der Schelle (1) auf dem Mast (3) verhindert, sobald er montiert ist und als Führungsauflage für ein zum Beispiel elektrisches Kabel (31) dienen kann.
  7. Schelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) mindestens eine im Grundsatz wie eine Sechs geformte Backe (6) aufweist, wobei der verlängerte Teil (38) der Sechs einen Teil aufweist, der ein Lager (66) bildet, um einen Teil des Arms (2) aufzunehmen, und der gekrümmte Teil (39) der Sechs mindestens eine Wand (45) aufweist, die etwa eben ist und gegenüber der das Lager (66) bildenden Wand angeordnet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit den Einstellmitteln (7) zusammenzuwirken.
  8. Schelle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backe (6) an ihrem äußeren Teil (42) gegenüber dem verlängerten Teil (38) einen einwärts gekrümmten Ausschnitt (43) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Durchgang eines zum Beispiel elektrischen Kabels (31) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Schelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Spannmittel (27) zum Verspannen der Schelle (1) am Mast (3) aufweist.
  10. Schelle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei durch Spannmittel (27) starr miteinander verbundene Baugruppen (67) aufweist, wobei deren Aussparungen (11) einander zugewandt sind.
  11. Schelle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Baugruppen (67) so angeordnet sind, dass die oberen Längswände (8a) der Körper (4) parallel und in gleicher Ebene sind.
  12. Schelle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Baugruppen (67) so angeordnet sind, dass die obere Längswand (8a) einer der Körper (4) parallel und in gleicher Ebene mit der unteren Längswand (8b) des anderen Körpers (4) ist.
  13. Schelle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel (27) Schrauben (32) und Streben (33) aufweisen.
  14. Schelle nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel (27) mindestens einen Gürtel (34) aufweisen.
  15. Konstruktion, einen Mast (3) und mindestens einen Arm (2) aufweisend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mast (3) mit dem Arm (2) durch eine Schelle (1) verbunden ist, die einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 entspricht.
  16. Konstruktion nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mast (3) eine konische, achteckige, zylindrische oder analoge Form hat.
  17. Verfahren zur Montage einer Schelle (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens einen Arm (2) mit einem Mast (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 18 zu verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    Montage der Backen (6) um den Arm (2) herum,
    Montage der Einstellmittel (7) an den Backen (6), um eine Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) zu erhalten,
    Einführung dieser Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) in die Öffnung (14) des Körpers (4), wobei die Backen (6) und der Arm (2) aus der Öffnung (14) nach außen hervorragen,
    Befestigung dieser Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) am Körper (4), um eine Baugruppe (67) zu erhalten,
    Verbindung der Baugruppe (67) mit dem Mast (3).
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung des Arms (2) in bezug zum Mast (3) vor der Einführung der Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) und des Arms (2) in den Körper (4) durch Einstellmittel (7) eingestellt wird.
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schelle (1) beweglich ist, um die Neigung des Arms (2) in bezug zum Mast (3) jederzeit einstellen zu können, zum Beispiel am Ort der Montage.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montage-Unterbaugruppe (65) durch Abtrennen mindestens eines Fortsatzes (30), zum Beispiel am Ort der Montage, an die Form des Mastes (3) angepasst wird.
