Abstract

L'invention concerne un exerciseur (1) constitué par une paire de mécanismes cinématiques (3) plans, parallèles, comprenant chacun un repose-pied (2), une bielle (4) pivotant sur un goujon horizontal fixe (5), des éléments de coulissement (6, 7, 100, 101) et un levier (8) s'articulant par l'une de ses extrémités sur la bielle (4) et relié aux pièces de coulissement (6, 7, 100, 101) par son autre extrémité. Les leviers (8) supportent les repose-pieds (2) à proximité des pièces de coulissement (6, 7, 100, 101) et sont reliés aux repose-pieds (2) de telle sorte que leurs mouvements d'oscillation cyclique et alternatif dans le plan vertical impriment auxdits repose-pieds un mouvement selon une trajectoire ellipsoïdale (9). Des éléments de pivotement (10, 12, 13) règlent l'orientation des repose-pieds (2) de manière à maintenir convenablement l'utilisateur en position verticale pendant les mouvements de marche ou de course. Claims (18)

  1. Un exerciseur comprenant une paire de mécanismes cinématiques (3) plans et parallèles qui comprennent respectivement un repose-pied (2) ; des premières manivelles (4) pouvant tourner autour d'un tourillon fixe (5) horizontal ; des moyens de coulissement (6, 7; 100) et des premières bielles (8) articulées d'un côté aux premières manivelles (4) et reliées de l'autre aux moyens de coulissement (6, 7; 100), lesdites premières bielles (8) supportant les repose-pieds (2) et étant mobiles cycliquement et alternativement l'une par rapport à l'autre de manière à mouvoir les repose-pieds (2) le long de trajectoires annulaires fermées (9) ; ledit exerciseur (1) comprenant également des moyens (10, 12; 13) d'orientation des repose-pieds (2) qui sont destinés à orienter les repose-pieds (2) en les disposant de manière à ce qu'ils fournissent à l'utilisateur, qui est en position debout, un support adéquat correspondant à la position des pieds durant les actions de marche et/ou de course effectuées sur place, et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des supports (15) pour les repose-pieds (2), lesdits supports (15) étant pourvus d'au moins deux tourillons (16a, 16b), dont un premier tourillon (16a) relie de manière pivotante chaque support (15) à la première bielle (8) respective, le second de ces deux tourillons étant en revanche prévu pour relier le support (15) aux moyens d'orientation (10, 12; 13) des repose-pieds (2), et en ce que lesdits moyens d'orientation (10, 12; 13) sont destinés à imprimer des rotations aux supports (15) autour du premier tourillon, lesdites rotations étant coordonnées en phase et en amplitude avec la position instantanée des repose-pieds (2) le long des trajectoires (9) respectives de manière à orienter ces mêmes repose-pieds (2) en chaque point de leur trajectoire (9) parallèlement à la position prise par la plante du pied de l'utilisateur durant l'action de marche ou de course.
  2. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux paires de mécanismes cinématiques (3).
  3. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'orientation comprennent une seconde manivelle (10) qui est calée sur un tourillon (11) reliant la première manivelle (4) à la première bielle (8) ; et une seconde bielle (12) dont les extrémités (12a, 12b) sont respectivement reliées à la seconde manivelle (10) et au second tourillon (16b) du support (15) des repose-pieds (2).
  4. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde manivelle (10) est fixée à la première bielle (8).
  5. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'orientation comprennent une seconde manivelle (10), une seconde bielle (12) et un support (15) disposés en succession et articulés deux par deux de manière à former, en combinaison mutuelle, une chaîne cinématique ayant des extrémités articulées à la première bielle (8), ladite chaîne cinématique et ladite première bielle (8) définissant en combinaison mutuelle un quadrilatère articulé pour l'actionnement du support (15) en question.
  6. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit quadrilatère articulé est un anti-parallélogramme articulé.
  7. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'orientation des repose-pieds (2) comprennent au moins une came (13) dans laquelle est en prise un pivot (95) d'articulation de la seconde bielle (12), la conception de la came (13) étant prédéterminée de manière à permettre à ladite seconde bielle (12) d'imprimer au support (15) des amplitudes de rotation variables en amplitude et en phase relativement à la position instantanée de ce même support (15) le long de sa trajectoire (9).
  8. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens de coulissement (6, 7; 100) comprennent un bloc de coulissement (6) et un guide (7) pouvant être réciproquement déplacés par translation, caractérisé en ce que ladite première bielle (8) comprend deux sections (8a, 8b) réciproquement angulaires et concourant en un sommet commun (8c), une première section (8a) étant reliée à la première manivelle (4) et une seconde section (8b) étant reliée au bloc de coulissement (6) en question.
  9. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit sommet (8c) est situé au-dessous du plan de coulissement (17) du bloc de coulissement (6).
  10. L'exerciseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (18, 19, 20, 21) pour le réglage progressif de la longueur des manivelles (4; 10) destinés à permettre l'adaptation de l'exerciseur (1) aux caractéristiques anthropométriques de l'utilisateur.
  11. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage progressif comprennent une tige dentée (18) solidaire de la manivelle (4, 10) respective ; un guide (19) qui est monté de manière pivotante sur le tourillon (5; 11) de rotation de la manivelle (4; 10) et supporte ladite tige dentée en accouplement coulissant, et en saillie par rapport au guide (19) lui-même ; un arbre motorisé (20) ayant au moins un pivot denté (21) s'engrenant avec la tige dentée (18), la rotation de l'arbre (20) entraînant, suivant un premier sens de rotation, la tige (18) à coulisser progressivement hors du guide (19) avec augmentation conséquente du rayon de la manivelle (4; 10) et suivant le sens de rotation contraire au précédent une diminution correspondante du rayon de la manivelle (4; 10).
  12. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre motorisé (20) est unique et est pourvu de deux pivots dentés (21) obtenus aux extrémités opposées, les tiges (18) de deux manivelles (4; 10) opposées s'engrenant avec ledit arbre (20) dans des positions opposées par rapport à l'axe (20a) correspondant de rotation de manière à permettre à ces mêmes tiges (18) de coulisser hors des guides (19), ou de rentrer dans ces mêmes guides (19), lors de la rotation de l'arbre (20) suivant un des deux sens de rotation.
  13. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant un volant (22) pour régler le mouvement des mécanismes cinématiques (3), caractérisé en ce que ledit volant (22) est calé sur un axe (22a) de rotation distinct de l'axe de rotation (4a) des premières manivelles (4), ledit volant (22) étant cinématiquement accouplé avec les premières manivelles (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission mécanique (23, 24a, 24b) à friction.
  14. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de réglage (25, 26; 35) destinés à modifier la puissance maximum transmissible par ladite transmission mécanique (23, 24a, 24b) à friction.
  15. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite transmission mécanique à friction est constituée par une courroie lisse (23) qui est enroulée en boucle et enserrée autour de deux poulies (24a, 24b) respectivement reliées au volant (22) et au tourillon (5) de rotation de la première manivelle (4) de manière à glisser chaque fois qu'une charge tangentielle maximum admissible prédéterminée est dépassée.
  16. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent un rouleau tendeur (25) associé à la courroie (23) et opposé par un ressort (26), des moyens de serrage à vis (27) étant prévus pour faire varier la réaction élastique du ressort (26).
  17. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 13, comprenant un moteur (30) pour l'actionnement des mécanismes cinématiques (3), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent des moyens limiteurs de tours (35) destinés à limiter la vitesse de rotation du moteur d'actionnement (30).
  18. L'exerciseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de coulissement incluent un rouleau fixe (100) sur lequel une section (101) de la première bielle (8), opposée à l'extrémité articulée à la première manivelle (4), est placée en appui permanent.
