Claims (14)
- Anordnung bestehend aus einer Muffe (1), einem koaxialen Kabels (20), eines koaxialen zum Koaxialen Ansehluss angebrachten Steckverbinder (40), insbesondere für die mechanische und elektrische Verbindung des äusseren Wandung (41) des koaxialen Steckverbinder (40), wobei der vorgenannte koaxiale Steckverbinder (40) eine zylindrische Aussenwand und einen isolierten mittigen inneren Steckkontakt bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgennante Muffe (1) einen ersten (2) und einen zweiten koaxialen zylindrischen Innensitz (3) hat, wobei der vorgennante erste Sitz (2) einen inneren Durchmesser (d1) hat, der gleich oder etwas grösser als der äussere Durchmesser des vorgennenten Kabels (20) ist und der vorgennente zweite Sitz (3) einen inneren Durchmesser (d2) hat, der etwas grösser als der äussere Durchmesser der Ausserwand (41) des Steckverbinders (40) ist und aus einem elastischen Werkstoff so hergesstellt ist, dass zwischen der Muffe (1) und der Aussenwand (4) des koaxialen Steckverbinders (40) ein Ankupplungsdruck gebildet wird, wobei die Verbindungszone zwische dem vorgenannten ersten und zweiten Sitz aus einer schrägen Wand besteht.
- Anordnung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gokennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des zweiten Sitzes ein Vorsprung (10) vorgeschen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenwand (11) der Muffe (1) einen umlaufenden Wulst (12) hat.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserhalb des zweiten Sitzes beabstandete Rippen vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Innenfläche des vorgenannten ersten und zweiten Sitzes Rauheiten vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des ersten Sitzes längliche Rippen, vorzugsweise drei um 120° voneinander beabstandete Rippen vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des zweinten Sitzes längliche Rippen, vorzugsweisedrei um 120° voreinander beabstandete Rippen vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenennte Muffe (1) zum Anschluss des äusseren aus Drahtgeflecht bestehenden Abschirmungsleiters (2) des koaxialen Kabels (20) an die Aussenwand (41) des koaxialen Steckverbinders (40) gebraucht wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Muffe (1) zum Anschluss des äusseren aus einer oder mehreren Metallfolien bestehenden Abschirmungsleiters (21) des koaxialen kabels (20) an die Aussenwand (41) des koaxialen Steckverbinders (40) gebraucht wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Asprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenennte Muffe (1) zum Anschluss des äusseren aus Drahtgeflecht und einer oder mehreren Metallfolien bestehenden Abschirmungsleiters (21) des koaxialen Kabels (20) an die Aussenward (41) eines koaxialen Steckverbinders (40) gebraucht wird.
- Anordnung gemäss Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Muffe (1) aus einem Kunstsfoff hergestellt ist.
- Anordnung gemäss Anspruche 1-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Muffe (1) aus einem elastischen Werkstoff, wie Gummi, hergestellt ist.
- Anordnung gemäss Anspruche 1-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Muffe (1) aus einem elastischen Mettallwerkstoff hergestellt ist.
- Verfahern zur direkten Verbindung mit einem Steckverbinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Muffe (1) gebraucht wird, die einen ersten und einen zweiten koaxialen zylindrische Innensitz aufweist, wobei der erste Sitz einen gleichen oder etwas grösseren inneren Durchmesser (d1) als der Aussendurchmesser des vorgenannten Kabels hat und der vorgenannte zweite Sitz einen Innendurchmesser (d2) hat, der etwas grösser als der Aussendurchmesser der Aussenwand des vorgenannten Steckverbinders ist und wobei sie aus einem elastischen Werkstoff so hergestallt ist, dass ein Ankupplungsdruck des äusseren Abschirmungsleiters des koaxialen kabels zwischen der Muffe und der Aussenwand des koaxialen Steckverbinders gebildet wird, wobei die verbindungszone zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Sitz durch eine schräge Wand (4) gebildet wird;der Endverschluss des koaxialen Kabels (20) von der einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweisenden Seite in die Muffe eingeführt wird;das Kabel durch Ausweitung der Abschirmung und Schneiden des Isolierungstoffes rundherum des mittleren Leiters (23) vorbereitet wird;der mittlere Leiter (23) in einen koaxialen Steckverbinder eingeführt wird;eine mechanische und elektrische Verbindung durch einen Ankupplungsdruck der äusseren Abschirmung zwischen der Muffe (1) und der Aussenwand des koaxialen Steckverbinders erhalten wird.
