Claims

Patentansprüche claims
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von deaktivierbaren Sicherungselementen für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, das aus einem weichmagnetischen Streifen vorgegebener Länge, der bei Anlegen eines magnetischen Wechselfeldes zur Abgabe eines charakteristischen Signals angeregt wird, und Abschnitten definierter Länge eines halbhart- oder hartmagnetischen Materials besteht, wobei die Abschnitte bezüglich des weichmagnetischen Streifens derart angeordnet sind, daß sie im Sättigungszustand das charakteristische Signal des weichmagnetischen Streifens unterbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Endlosstreifen (4) aus halbhart- oder hartmagnetischem Material bereitgestellt und in die einzelnen Abschnitte (3) definierter Länge unterteilt wird, daß die Abschnitte (3) definierter Länge mittels einer Fördervorrichtung (7) weitergeleitet werden, deren Geschwindigkeit größer ist als die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der Endlosstreifen (4) bereitgestellt wird, wobei die Relativgeschwindigkeit so bemessen ist, daß ein gewünschter Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitten (3) erzielt wird, und daß ein weichmagnetischer Endlosstreifen (15) mit den voneinander beabstandeten Abschnitten (3) aus halbhart- oder hartmagnetischem Material verbunden wird.1. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die voneinander beabstandeten Abschnitte (3) aus halbhart- oder hartmagnetischem Material ein Verbundmaterial (16) aufgetragen wird und daß der weichmagnetische Endlosstreifen (15) auf die entgegengesetzte Seite der halbhart- oder hartmagnetischen Abschnitte (3) aufgebracht wird. 2. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von deaktivierbaren Sicherungselementen für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, das aus einem weichmagnetischen Streifen vorgegebener Länge, der bei Anlegen eines magnetischen Wechselfeldes zur Abgabe eines charakteristischen Signals angeregt wird, und Abschnitten definierter Länge eines halbhart- oder hartmagnetischen Materials besteht, wobei die Abschnitte bezüglich des weichmagnetischen Streifens derart angeordnet sind, daß sie im Sättigungszustand das charakteristische Signal des weichmagnetischen Streifens unterbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vorratsrolle (5) vorgesehen ist, von der ein halbhart- oder hartmagnetischer Endlosstreifen (4) abgewickelt wird, daß eine Schneidestation (6) vorgesehen ist, die den halbhart- oder hartmagnetischen Endlosstreifen (4) in einzelne Abschnitte (3) einer vorgegebenen Länge unterteilt, daß eine Fördervorrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist, die eine höhere Geschwindigkeit aufweist, als die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der halbhart- oder hartmagnetische Endlosstreifen (4) bereitgestellt wird, so daß die aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitte (3) aus halbhart- oder hartmagnetischem Material den gewünschten Abstand voneinander haben, und daß eine weitere Vorratsrolle (11) vorgesehen ist, von der ein weichmagnetische Endlosstreifen (15) abgewickelt wird, der mit den halbhart- oder hartmagnetischen Abschnitten (3) verbunden wird (Bandmaterial (13) ..
