Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Bilden einer Papierbahn (20) mit den Schritten:Bereitstellen einer wässrigen Dispersion von Papierherstellungs-Fasern;Bereitstellen eines Öffnungen aufweisenden Bahnbildungs-Elements (542);Bilden einer embryonalen Bahn aus den Papierherstellungs-Fasern auf dem Öffnungen aufweisenden Bahnbildungs-Element (542), wobei die embryonale Bahn eine erste Oberfläche (22) und eine im wesentlichen ebene, makroskopisch monoplanare zweite Oberfläche (24) aufweist;Bereitstellen einer Bahn-Träger-Vorrichtung (200) mit einer Bahnzugewandten Seite;Bereitstellen einer Durch-Luft-Trocknungs-Vorrichtung (650);Bereitstellen einer beheizten Trocknungs-Oberfläche (875);Überführen der embryonalen Bahn von dem Öffnungen aufweisenden Bahnbildungs-Element (542) zu der Bahn-Träger-Vorrichtung (200);teilweises Trocknen der Bahn (20), während die Bahn auf der Bahn-Träger-Vorrichtung (200) durch Leiten erwärmter Luft aus der Durch-Luft-Trocknungs-Vorrichtung (650) durch die Bahn (20) getragen wird, wobei die erwärmte Luft durch die Bahn (20) von der zweiten Bahn-Oberfläche (24) zu der ersten Bahn-Oberfläche (22) mit der Durch-Luft-Trocknungs-Vorrichtung (650) geleitet wird;Verleihen der Bahn ein vorbestimmtes Profil;Trocknen der Bahn auf der beheizten Trocknungs-Oberfläche (875), undKreppen der Bahn von der Trocknungs-Oberfläche,
die Bahn-zugewandte Seite der Bahn-Träger-Vorrichtung eine erste Bahn-berührende Oberfläche (230) und eine zweite Bahn-berührende Oberfläche (260) aufweist, wobei die Differenz in der Höhe zwischen der ersten und zweiten Bahn-berührenden Oberfläche kleiner als die Dicke der embryonalen Bahn ist, wobei die Bahn teilweise auf eine Konsistenz zwischen ungefähr 50 % und ungefähr 70% getrocknet wird, wobei die vorbestimmte Profilierung der ersten Oberfläche (547) der Bahn verliehen wird, während die zweite Oberfläche (549) in einer im wesentlichen ebenen, makroskopisch monoplanaren Konfiguration gehalten wird, und wobei die im wesentlichen ebene, makroskopisch monoplanare zweite Fläche (549) der Bahn im wesentlichen benachbart zu der beheizten Trocknungs-Oberfläche (875) vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Bahn-Träger-Vorrichtung (200) eine Harzschicht aufweist, die auf einem Gewebe gewebter Fasern angeordnet ist, und wobei die erste Bahn-berührende Oberfläche (270) durch diskrete Höcker gebildet ist, die sich an den Kreuzungspunkten der gewebten Fasern befinden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Differenz in der Höhe zwischen der ersten (230) und der zweiten (260) Bahn-berührenden Oberfläche kleiner als ungefähr 0,05 mm (2,0 mils) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Differenz in der Höhe nicht mehr als ungefähr 0,025 mm (1,0 mil) beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, wobei der Schritt des Bildens einer embryonalen Bahn (543) das Bilden einer embryonalen Bahn (543) mit einem Faser-Entbindungs-Mittel umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Schritt des Bildens einer embryonalen Bahn (543) das Bilden einer mehrlagigen embryonalen Bahn umfasst, wobei eine Zwischenlage der embryonalen Bahn (543) ein Entbindungs-Mittel umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Bilden einer Papierbahn nach Anspruch 6, wobei die erste Bahn-berührende Oberfläche (230) eine kontinuierliche Netzwerk-Bahn aufweist und die zweite Bahn-berührende Oberfläche (260) eine diskrete Bahn umfasst.
