Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Walzverfahren für mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Walzader (1, 2),
- wobei die Walzadern (1, 2) zunächst in einem gemeinsamen Walzgerüst (4) mit einer Walzgeschwindigkeit (v) mehradrig gewalzt werden, sodann vereinzelt werden und schließlich in je einem eigenen Walzgerüst (5) einadrig gewalzt werden,
- wobei von jeder Walzader (1, 2) vor ihrem eigenen Walzgerüst (5) eine Schlinge (8) mit einer Schlingenlänge (L) gebildet wird, die zwischen einem Minimalwert und einem Maximalwert (Lmax) variieren kann.
- the rolling cores (1, 2) are first rolled in a common rolling stand (4) at a rolling speed (v) with multiple cores, then they are separated and finally each is rolled in a separate rolling stand (5),
- wherein each roll core (1, 2) in front of its own roll stand (5) forms a loop (8) with a loop length (L) that can vary between a minimum value and a maximum value (L max ).
Erfindungsgemäß wird vor bekannten Ereignissen, die zu einer Veränderung der Walzgeschwindigkeit (v) führen, die Schlingenlänge (L) der Walzadern (1, 2) auf einen ereignisoptimierten Wert eingestellt.
