Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Walzverfahren für mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Walzader (1, 2),

  • wobei die Walzadern (1, 2) zunächst in einem gemeinsamen Walzgerüst (4) mit einer Walzgeschwindigkeit (v) mehradrig gewalzt werden, sodann vereinzelt werden und schließlich in je einem eigenen Walzgerüst (5) einadrig gewalzt werden,
  • wobei von jeder Walzader (1, 2) vor ihrem eigenen Walzgerüst (5) eine Schlinge (8) mit einer Schlingenlänge (L) gebildet wird, die zwischen einem Minimalwert und einem Maximalwert (Lmax) variieren kann.
