Abstract
Es wird eine fluidbetätigte Drehantriebsvorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, die zwei gegensinnig bewegbare Antriebskolben (12, 12') und ein mit diesen kämmendes Abtriebsteil (27) aufweisen. Mit Hilfe einer Positionsvorgabeeinrichtung (3) läßt sich eine Zwischenposition des Abtriebsteils (27) vorgeben. Hierzu ist eine Anschlageinheit (36) vorgesehen, die über zwei in axialer Verlängerung der beiden Antriebskolben (12, 12') nebeneinanderliegend angeordnete Anschlagteile (38, 38') verfügt. Sie ist relativ zu den Antriebskolben (12, 12') in eine Positionierstellung verlagerbar, in der die beiden Anschlagteile (38, 38') gleichzeitig am jeweils zugeordneten Antriebskolben anliegen, was der angestrebten Zwischenposition entspricht. The invention proposes a fluid-operated rotary drive device (1) which has two drive pistons (12, 12 ') which can be moved in opposite directions and a driven part (27) which meshes with them. An intermediate position of the driven part (27) can be specified with the aid of a position setting device (3). For this purpose, a stop unit (36) is provided, which has two stop parts (38, 38 ') arranged side by side in the axial extension of the two drive pistons (12, 12'). It can be displaced relative to the drive pistons (12, 12 ') into a positioning position in which the two stop parts (38, 38') abut the respective assigned drive piston, which corresponds to the desired intermediate position.
