Abstract

Anlage zum Herstellen von Leichtbaustoffen, insbesondere von Gas- oder Porenbeton mit einer Füllstation (30), in der Porenbetonmasse in Formen gefüllt wird, einer oder mehreren Wärmekammern (8-11), in die die gefüllten Formen gebracht und in denen das Auftreiben und sogenannte Abbinden bzw. Ansteifen der Porenbetonmasse unter Wärmeenergieeinwirkung erfolgt, einer Sägestation (24), in die die abgebundenen Porenbetonkuchen anschließend gefahren und in der sie in gewünschte Formate geschnitten werden, einer oder mehreren Heizkammern (8-9), in denen die geschnittenen Porenbetonkuchen eingebracht und unter Wärmeenergieeinwirkung gelagert werden, und einen oder mehreren Autoklaven (2), in die die Porenbetonkuchen eingeschoben und einer Dampfhärtung unterzogen werden, sowie einer Kühlstrecke (21), auf die die gehärteten Porenbetonkuchen zum Auskühlen geschoben, wobei alle Einrichtungen mit Schienen ausgerüstete Funktionsstrecken aufweisen, wobei mindestens eine einheitliche Wärme-Heizkammereinrichtung (8) in der die Porenbetonmasse unter Wärmeenergieeinwirkung abbindet und geschnittene Porenbetonkuchen unter Wärmeenergieeinwirkung vor der Dampfhärtung aufgeheizt werden.
