- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif selon l'invention utilisé pour raccorder un câble rotatif à un secteur denté rotatif dans un mécanisme de commande d'un appareil de chauffage et/ou climatisation de véhicule automobile ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective du câble rotatif et du coulisseau ;
- la figure 3 est une autre vue en perspective analogue à la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus correspondant à la figure 1 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe partielle selon la ligne V-V de la figure 4 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe partielle selon la ligne VI-VI de la figure 4 ;
- la figure 7 est une vue partielle analogue à la figure 5, sans le coulisseau ; et
- la figure 8 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VIII-VIII de la figure 7.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de raccordement coaxial entre un premier organe rotatif (12) et un deuxième organe rotatif (14) montés à rotation respectivement autour d'un premier axe (X1) et d'un deuxième axe (X2), pour solidariser ces organes en rotation avec leurs axes respectifs coaxiaux, en particulier pour une commande de véhicule automobile,
caractérisé en ce que le premier organe rotatif (12) est muni, à une extrémité (28), d'un coulisseau (30) s'étendant perpendiculairement au premier axe de rotation (X1) ; en ce que le deuxième organe rotatif (14) est muni, à une extrémité, d'un bloc à glissière (46) s'étendant perpendiculairement. au deuxième axe de rotation (X2) et propre à recevoir à coulissement le coulisseau (30) ; et en ce que des moyens de verrouillage (42, 44, 58) sont prévus pour immobiliser mutuellement le bloc à glissière et le coulisseau, ce qui permet de raccorder mutuellement lesdits organes rotatifs dans une position angulaire indexée définie. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (30) comporte deux nervures parallèles opposées (36) propres à s'engager dans deux rainures parallèles (50) en vis à vis, de formes conjuguées, que comporte le bloc à glissière (46).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux nervures (36) sont formées par deux bords longitudinaux parallèles d'une platine (38) faisant partie du coulisseau (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce les deux rainures (50) sont formées dans deux parois longitudinales (48) du bloc à glissière (46).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage (42, 44, 58) sont du type à encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage comprennent une languette déformable (42) qui prolonge le coulisseau et qui est munie d'un rebord transversal (44) propre à s'engager derrière une barrette (58) faisant partie du bloc à glissière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, prise en combinaison avec la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (58) relie les deux parois longitudinales (48) du bloc à glissière.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le bloc à glissière (46) comporte une face ouverte d'entrée (52) délimitée entre les deux parois longitudinales (48) pour l'introduction du coulisseau (30), une face ouverte de sortie (54) située à l'opposé de la face d'entrée pour le verrouillage, et une face ouverte d'extrémité (56) pour le passage de l'extrémité (28) du premier organe rotatif (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le bloc à glissière (46) et le coulisseau (30) comprennent des moyens de butée coopérants (30, 60) pour limiter l'introduction du coulisseau dans le bloc à glissière dans une position de butée en laquelle le premier axe (X1) et le deuxième axe (X2) sont alignés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, prise en combinaison avec la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de butée comprennent une face frontale (40) du coulisseau et une face postérieure (60) de la barrette (58).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier organe rotatif (12) est un organe menant, tandis que le deuxième organe rotatif (14) est un organe mené.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le premier organe rotatif (12) est un organe filiforme tel qu'un câble, une tige ou analogue, tandis que le deuxième organe rotatif (14) est un organe radial, tel qu'un levier, un secteur denté ou analogue.
