Claims (2)

  1. Maschine un Karton in die Flaschenbehälter einzuordnen und bestehend aus:
    einem oder meheren lagerkarren für Karton (A) mit
    Metallstruktur; mit senkrechten kenkern versehen, die Kartone stapeln; diese lagerkarren haben Metallräder, die eine handliche oder automatische Bewegung erlauben.
    ein Erhebungssystem am Kartonverlader mit
    Scherenmechanismus (c) ausgestattet,
    die Metallschere besteht aus 4 Flacheise, die unten an 2 von ihren 4 Extremen am Gestell der Maschine befestigt sind, und einer Plattform in Umgechrehter U-form.
    Der Scherenmechanismus und die Plattform werden durch einen Ölhydraulikzylinder (H) augetrieben und erhoben, während eine photoelektrische Zelle (R), die sich an der oberen Seite einer der Kartonsäulen befindet, dank des Kartonskonsums aufgedeckt wird.
    ein Hydrauliksystem mit Konvert, der durch Luftdruck angetrieben wird und so den Einumarsch von Behältern in die Maschine dosiert. Dieses System besteht aus einer mechanischen Behältersperre (K) um zu vermeiden, dass die Behälter in die Maschine gelangen, und das durch einen Phenumatischzylinder angetrieben wird.
    Die Sperre funktioniert sobald die Behälter auf dem Fliessband in die Maschine gelangen, an der Sperre (K) stecken bleiben und sich dort ansammeln bis Sie die Photoelektrischen Zellen bedecken.
    Die letze Photoelektrische Zelle (L) ist die jenige, die das Funktionieren des Dosierungssystem entscheidet und die aktiv bleibt bis der Unterbringungsprozess der Kartone beendet und die Vollsbesetzung die Behälter befreit, nachdem ein neuer Behältereingangsprozess stattfindet.
    Eine Gurtung (G), die sich senkt, die Kartone von den lagerkarren (A) durch ein Scherensystem (P) aufhebt und sich danach auf den lenkern (J) fortbewegt um über den Behältern Platz einzunehmen, wo die Kartone in diese Behälter eingeordnet werden.
  2. Maschine um Karton in die Flaschenbehälter einzuvordnen. Nach erster Forderung bestehend aus:
    einem oder meheren Lagerkarren für Karton (A) mit Metallstruktur, mit senkrechten Lenkern versehen, die die Kartone stapeln. Der Lagerkarren hat Metallräder, die automatische Bewegung durch einen Motor, der die Zahnleiste des Lagerkarren betätigt erlaubt.
