Abstract
Es wird eine Sicherungseinrichtung für Zünder von Gefechtsköpfen vorgeschlagen, die zwei durch eine Außenverzahnung miteinander verbundene Rotoren aufweist. Ein erster Rotor ist als Steuerungsrotor eingesetzt, während ein zweiter Rotor der sogenannte Zündrotor ist. Beide Rotoren weisen radial nach außen verlegte Schwerpunkte auf und erhalten ihre Drehenergie durch die Gefechtskopfbeschleunigung. Der Steuerungsrotor ist durch eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen einer elektromechanischen Schließeinrichtung (4) und dem Steuerungsrotor (1) zusätzlich zur Rückschießmasse verriegelt. Die mechanische Verbindung erfolgt durch einen Sicherungsstift (8), der an einem doppelarmigen Hebel (5) angebunden ist. A first rotor is used as a control rotor, while a second rotor is the so-called ignition rotor. Both rotors have a center of gravity that is laid radially outwards and receive their turning energy from the warhead acceleration. The control rotor is locked by a mechanical connection between an electromechanical locking device (4) and the control rotor (1) in addition to the recoil mass. The mechanical connection is made by a locking pin (8), which is connected to a double-armed lever (5).
