Abstract
Steckkontaktelement (1), für die Aufnahme eines pfostenartigen, einen
quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisenden Steckstiftes, aufweisend
einen Grundkontakt (3) mit einem entlang einer Längsachse hintereinander
angebundenen hinteren Anschlußbereich (4), einem mittleren
Basisbereich (5) und einem vorderen Kontaktbereich (6), wobei um den
Basisbereich (5) und den Kontaktbereich (6) eine rechteckrohrförmige
Hülse (50) angeordnet ist,
wobei der Grundkontakt (3) als Gabelfederelement ausgebildet ist und
im Kontaktbereich zwei sich mit Flachseiten gegenüberliegende
Kontaktfederarme (37,38) aufweist und die Hülse als Kastenüberfeder (50) mit
zwei, an gegenüberliegenden Seiten angeordneten Überfederarmen (60,77)
ausgebildet ist, welche von außen auf den Kontaktfederarmen (37,38) aufliegen.
Plug-in contact element (1) for receiving a post-like pin with a square cross-section, having a base contact (3) with a rear connection area (4) connected in series along a longitudinal axis, a central base area (5) and a front contact area (6), a rectangular tubular sleeve (50) being arranged around the base region (5) and the contact region (6),
wherein the base contact (3) is designed as a fork spring element and has two contact spring arms (37, 38) opposite each other with flat sides in the contact area and the sleeve is designed as a box spring (50) with two spring arms (60, 77) arranged on opposite sides, which rest on the contact spring arms (37, 38) from the outside.
