Abstract
Doppelkessel mit Flügelrad zur Erzeugung eines Gasgemischs
besteht vorteilhafterweise aus mehreren Bauteilen, wobei
sich Gussteile aus Grauguss als geeignet erweisen.
Der Doppelkessel besteht aus einem oberen Doppelkesselgrundkörper
(1) und einem unteren Doppelkesselgrundkörper (6),
die beide mit einer Abdeckplatte (29 und (11) dicht mittels
Schrauben verbunden sind.
In dem oberen Doppelkesselgrundkörper dreht sich ein Flügelrad
(14).
Im unteren Doppelkesselgrundkörper strömen unterschiedliche
Gase ein, die dann nach oben steigend, durch das Flügelrad (14)
kräftig durchgemischt werden.
Aus der oberen Abdeckplatte (2) können sie wieder durch Ventile
austreten. Von dort aus wird das Gasgemisch dan zur Reinigung
einer Schmleze dieser zugeführt.
A double boiler with an impeller for generating a gas mixture advantageously consists of several components, with cast iron castings proving to be suitable. The double boiler consists of an upper double boiler body (1) and a lower double boiler body (6), both of which are tightly connected by means of screws with a cover plate (29 and (11)).
An impeller (14) rotates in the upper double boiler body.
Different gases flow into the lower double boiler base body, which are then mixed upwards and mixed vigorously by the impeller (14).
They can exit through the upper cover plate (2) again through valves. From there, the gas mixture is then fed to a melt for cleaning it.
