Description
- l'état de surface, le grammage et l'épaisseur de la matière à distribuer,
- la laize de la bobine, le nombre de plis qui composent la feuille; en particulier la quantité de matière traversant le cône est directement proportionnelle à la laize de la bobine,
- la matière constituant le cône et son état de surface,
- le diamètre de l'orifice de sortie du cône.
- Matériau fibreux désigne en particulier l'ouate de cellulose crêpée ou non crêpée, fabriquée à partir de pâte à papier vierge ou de pâte désencrée, en un ou plusieurs plis, et dont le grammage peut, pour chacun des plis, varier de 15 à 45 g/m2. Cette expression comprend aussi les produits non-tissés, par exemple du type air-laid constitués essentiellement de fibres papetières, fabriqués par voie sèche ou par voie humide, et liés par tout moyen connu, par exemple par un latex réticulable à chaud ou un autre liant tel qu'un liant thermofusible. Le grammage de ces produits non-tissés peut varier de 30 à 90 g/m2.
- La prédécoupe est une succession de perforations alignées, ici dans le sens transversal au déroulement de la feuille, ménageant entre elles des tenons. Le taux de tenons est égal au rapport de la somme des largeurs de l'ensemble des tenons d'une prédécoupe sur la largeur de la laize de la feuille;
- La limite de machinabilité correspond au taux de tenons en dessous duquel la feuille se rompt en fabrication pendant l'opération précédant l'enroulement de la feuille. En effet, la prédécoupe est réalisée pendant l'opération de transformation de la feuille avant qu'elle ne soit mise en rouleau. Les efforts de traction auxquels la feuille est soumise à ce moment peuvent entraíner sa rupture dans la zone où elle présente une plus grande faiblesse. Il s'agit précisément de la zone de prédécoupe. Le taux de tenons doit donc être suffisant compte tenu du matériau pour que la feuille ne se rompe pas au cours de l'enroulement.
- Le cône est un organe de distribution en soi connu dans le présent domaine technique.
- La force d'extraction est la force de traction qu'il faut exercer sur la feuille pour la faire glisser au travers du cône.
- L'efficacité est, exprimée en pourcentage, égale au nombre de fois, où, en tirant sur l'extrémité libre de la feuille sortant du cône, on a séparé celle-ci de la suivante, convenablement le long de la ligne de prédécoupe et immédiatement en aval du sommet du cône. Ainsi une efficacité de 90 % signifie que sur 100 essais d'extraction au travers du cône, on a réussi à séparer convenablement 90 feuilles une à une. Les dix restants pouvant correspondre à une rupture en dehors de la ligne de prédécoupe ou bien à l'entraínement de plusieurs feuilles avant rupture.

Claims (7)
- Système de distribution d'un matériau fibreux en feuille tel que l'ouate de cellulose ou un nontissé, de grammage compris entre 15 et 90 g/m2 par pli, comprenant une bande continue dudit matériau fibreux enroulée en bobine et prédécoupée de façon à définir une succession de feuilles liées entre elles par une rangée de tenons, et un cône de distribution, le matériau étant distribué à travers ledit cône par le sommet (S) de plus petit diamètre, caractérisé en ce que le taux de tenons de la prédécoupe est compris entre 12 et 30 % et en ce que le diamètre du sommet (S) du cône est compris entre 8 et 11 mm correspondant à une efficacité E supérieure ou égale à 90 % et notamment supérieure ou égale à 95% et en ce que la force d'extraction est supérieure d'au moins 50% à celle de la résistance à la rupture de la prédécoupe, mesurée lors de l'extraction.
- Système de distribution selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le matériau est de l'ouate de cellulose à deux plis.
- Système de distribution selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le grammage de chacun des plis est compris entre 15 et 45 g/m2, de préférence entre 18 et 25 g/m2;
- Système de distribution selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le taux de tenons est compris de préférence entre 14 et 18 %.
- Système de distribution selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cône au niveau de son sommet (s) est de diamètre compris de préférence entre 8.5 et 10 mm.
- Système de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau est un nontissé, par exemple de type air-laid de grammage compris entre 30 et 90 g/m2.
- Système de distribution selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les lignes de prédécoupe séparant deux coupons successifs comprennent au moins une amorce de rupture, de préférence en bordure des coupons.
