Claims (10)
- Druckregelungsventil zur Regelung des Öldrucks in einem Ölversorgungssystem vor- zugsweise einer Brennkraftmaschine mit innerer Verbrennung, mit einem ersten Ar- ; beitsraum (6), der mit einer Ölleitung in Verbindung steht, mit einem zweiten Arbeits- raum (7), der mit einer Ölversorgungsleitung in Verbindung steht, und mit einem Steu- erschieber (3), der im wesentlichen durch den Öldruck im ersten Arbeitsraum (6) bewegbar ist, wobei der Steuerschieber (3) bei Überschreiten eines ersten vorbestimmten Öldrucks im ersten Arbeitsraum (6) eine Absteueröffnung (10) freigibt, über die Öl aus dem zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) in ein Rücklaufsystem abgesteuert wird, und wobei der Steuerschieber (3) ein als Kolben (5) ausgebildetes Steuerelement aufweist, das durch den Öldruck im zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) relativ zu einem Hauptkörper (4) des Steuerschiebers (3) in Axialrichtung bewegbar ist und das bei Überschreiten eines zweiten vorbestimmten Öldrucks im zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) die Absteueröffnung (10) freigibt, über die Öl aus dem zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) in das Rücklaufsystem abgesteuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptkörper (4) eine Führungsstange aufweist, auf der der Kolben (5) in Axialrichtung verschiebbar geführt ist, und daß der Steuerschieber (3) sowohl bei Überschreiten des ersten vorbestimmten Öldrucks im ersten Arbeitsraum (6) als auch bei Überschreiten des zweiten vorbestimmten Öldrucks im zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) die Absteueröffnung (10) über die gleiche Steuerkante (11) freigibt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptkörper (4) des Steuerschiebers (3) einen Bund (19) aufweist, der den ersten Arbeitsraum (6) vom zweiten Arbeitsraum (7) trennt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerelement als Kolben (5) ausgebildet ist, der auf einer Führungsstange des Hauptkörpers (4) in Axialrichtung im Bezug auf den Hauptkörper (4) des Steuerschiebers (3) bewegbar ist.
- Druckregelungsventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (5) eine Steuerkante (11) aufweist, die mit der Absteueröffnung (10) zusammenwirkt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptkörper (4) einen Anschlag (18) aufweist, der den Kolben (5) in Richtung der Aufsteuerung der Absteueröffnung (10) mitnimmt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Feder (14) zwischen Kolben (5) und einer ventilfesten Stützfläche (13) vorgesehen ist, die den Kolben (5) entgegengesetzt zur Richtung der Aufsteuerung der Absteueröffnung (10) vorspannt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Feder (14) zwischen Hauptkörper (4) des Steuerschiebers(3) und einer ventilfesten Stützfläche (13) vorgesehen ist, die den Kolben (5) entgegengesetzt zur Richtung der Aufsteuerung der Absteueröffnung (10) vorspannt.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Feder (17) zwischen dem Hauptkörper (4) des Steuerschiebers (3) und dem Kolben (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckregelungsventil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Feder (14, 17) koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Druckregelungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (19) und der Kolben (5) in einer gemeinsamen Bohrung (2) in Axialrichtung beweglich angeordnet sind.
