Description

La présente invention a trait un dispositif pour la distribution simultanée de deux produits conditionnés séparément selon le préambule de la revendication 1. L'invention est tout particulièrement adaptée à l'application de certains produits utilisés en cosmétique, en pharmacie ou en dermato-pharmacologie. L'invention vise en particulier des produits qui, pour des raisons de stabilité ne peuvent être mis l'un au contact de l'autre, qu'au moment de l'utilisation. A titre d'exemple, on peut citer des actifs tels que la vitamine C, A, ou E, du bicarbonate, des acides de fruits tel que l'acide citrique, à distribuer avec un produit hydratant sous forme d'un gel, d'une crème ou d'un gel crème.The present invention relates to a device for the simultaneous distribution of two products packaged separately according to the preamble of claim 1. Selon une variante illustrée dans ce document, le second produit est contenu dans une partie centrale du corps de la tête de distribution, le premier produit étant quant à lui acheminé par un passage annulaire. Les débits respectifs de chacun des produits sont déterminés dans une large mesure par le diamètre du col du récipient à parois souples, et par la configuration du corps de la tête de distribution, etc.. Ainsi, si l'on souhaite produire un tel système, avec des caractéristiques de débits différents, cela implique de changer le corps de la tête de distribution, et donc d'investir dans un moule coûteux. Certes, dans un des modes de réalisation le corps contenant le second produit, présente un fond rapporté. Toutefois, la configuration du fond est telle que celui-ci ne modifie en rien le flux de produit sortant du tube à parois souples.   • b) un organe de distribution pour permettre la sortie sous pression du produit A, via une tige creuse montée sur des moyens de rappel élastiques, et dont une extrémité débouche hors du premier récipient;
  • c) des moyens surmontant l'organe de distribution, pour permettre l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution, lesdits moyens comportant un corps d'axe X, formant d'une part un réservoir pour le second produit B, apte à sortir au travers d'un premier orifice, sous la poussée du produit A sorti, et d'autre part, au moins un passage en communication avec la tige creuse pour acheminer le produit A sous pression, vers un second orifice;

  1. Unit (1) for packaging and dispensing at least two products packaged separately, through at least one outlet orifice (35, 350, 351), comprising:
    a) a first container (2, 104) containing a first product A;
    b) a dispensing member (9, 105) to allow the product A to leave under pressure via a hollow stem (11, 103) mounted on elastic return means, and one end of which emerges from the first container;
    c) means (13, 113) surmounting the dispensing member, for controlling the actuation of the dispensing member (9, 105), the said means comprising a body (14, 114) of longitudinal axis X, forming, on the one hand, a reservoir (15, 118) for the second product B, capable of leaving through a first orifice (24, 126), under the thrust from the product A which has left and, on the other hand, at least one passage (18, 115) communicating with the hollow stem (11, 103), for conveying the product A under pressure towards a second orifice (26, 124);
       characterized in that the said actuating means (13, 113) are mounted on the hollow stem (11, 103) via an intermediate piece (32, 132) comprising an inlet orifice (34) communicating with the hollow stem, the said intermediate piece being capable, by interacting with the body, of distributing the product A in the form of at least one flow of product A, the configuration of which determines the respective outlet flow rates of the products A and B.
  2. Unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the body (14, 114) consists of a single piece obtained by moulding of a thermoplastic.
  3. Unit according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the body (14, 114) is surmounted by an element (20, 200) forming a bearing surface (21, 210) to allow an actuating pressure to be exerted, the outlet orifice(s) (35, 350, 351) being borne by the said element (20, 200).
  4. Unit according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the product A is pressurized in the first container (104), the said dispensing member being formed by a valve (105).
  5. Unit according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the dispensing member consists of a manually-actuated pump (9).
  6. Unit according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the reservoir consists of an annular part (15) of the body (14), the product A being conveyed towards the second orifice (26) via a central conveying passage (18).
  7. Unit according to Claim 6, characterized in that the body (14) has a fixed annular bottom (16) delimiting at least one orifice (17, 46) for allowing the body (14) to communicate with the hollow stem (11), the reservoir (15) comprising a moving bottom in the form of an annular piston (31) capable of moving axially under the thrust of the product A which has left, the said moving bottom (31) being axially separated from the fixed bottom (16).
  8. Unit according to Claim 7, characterized in that the central conveying passage (18) is raised up off the said fixed annular bottom (16) and is borne by bridges of material (19) spaced angularly around the said orifice (17), and a first end of which is secured to the annular bottom (16), a second end being secured to the conveying passage (18).
  9. Unit according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the actuating means (13, 113) form a structure which is removable so as to produce a device that can be refilled.
  10. Unit according to any one of Claims 7 to 9,
    characterized in that the intermediate piece (32) distributes the product A in the form of a central flow of product A, opening both directly into the central conveying passage (18) and under the reservoir (15) between the fixed bottom (16) and the annular piston (31).
  11. Unit according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, characterized in that a part lying facing the inlet orifice is capable of forming a deflector (37) for the product A so as to convey it both into the central conveying passage (18) and under the annular piston (31) via lateral passages lying between bridges of material (38) supporting the deflector (37).
  12. Unit according to Claim 11, characterized in that slits or orifices (38) pass through the central conveying passage (18) to place the central conveying passage (18) in communication with the annular part (15).
  13. Unit according to Claim 12, characterized in that the slits or orifices (38) are closed by the piston (31) before the unit is used for the first time.
  14. Unit according to any one of Claims 7 to 10, characterized in that a portion (44) of the said intermediate piece (32) is capable of closing, completely or partially, the orifice (17) delimited by the fixed bottom (16), the product A being conveyed both into the central conveying passage (18) and under the annular piston (31) via lateral passages lying between the fixed bottom (16) and the intermediate piece (32) and opening into the body (14) through slits or orifices (46) made in the fixed bottom (16) near the periphery of the body (14) of the actuating means.
  15. Unit according to Claim 14, characterized. in that the said portion (44) capable of closing the central orifice (17) completely or partially is borne by one or more bridges of material (45) spaced angularly so as to allow the product A to pass into the lateral passages.
  16. Unit according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the reservoir for the second product B consists of a central part (118) of the body, the first product A being conveyed towards the second orifice via an annular conveying passage (115) surrounding all or part of the central reservoir (118).
  17. Unit according to Claim 16, characterized in that the inlet orifice (134) is arranged in such a way as to distribute the product A in the form of a central flow intended to push the product B and lateral passages (150) for generating first lateral flows for feeding the annular conveying passage (115), the said first lateral flows emerging in the annular conveying passage (115) through slits or orifices (146) made in an annular bottom (116) of the said conveying passage (115).
  18. Unit according to the preceding claim, characterized in that slits or orifices (157) are made in the central part (118) of the body and so that they emerge in the annular conveying passage (115) in such a way as to generate second lateral flows to feed the annular conveying passage (115).
  19. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuating means (14, 114) are mounted on a cover band (42, 142).
  20. Unit according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the cover band (42, 142) is moulded as one piece with the intermediate piece (32, 132).
  21. Unit according to Claim 19, characterized in that the band (42, 142) and the actuating means (13, 113) are formed as a single piece obtained by moulding, the said band (42, 142) being connected to the actuating means by frangible bridges of material (43).
  22. Unit according to Claim 5, and all the claims dependent thereon, characterized in that the product A is contained in a pouch (2) made of flexible material.
  23. Unit according to Claim 22, characterized in that the pouch is contained inside a rigid or semirigid casing (4).
  24. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said first and second orifices (24, 26) open into a single outlet orifice (35).
  25. Unit according to Claim 24, characterized in that the single outlet orifice is closed by an elastically deformable member (22) capable of moving away under the pressure of the product so as to uncover the said outlet orifice (35) and allow the products A and B to leave, and of returning to the closed position when the pressure ceases.
  26. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the ratio of the flow rates B/A varies between 5/95 and 50/50.
  27. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intermediate piece (32, 132) is mounted on the hollow stem via a sleeve (33, 133), the hollow stem (11, 103) or the sleeve (33, 133) having, on at least part of the height of its external surface or its internal surface, striations (41) capable of allowing air to be expelled.
  28. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuating means (13, 113) are force-fitted onto the intermediate piece (32, 132).
  29. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the products A and B are cosmetic, pharmaceutical or dermopharmaceutical compositions of liquid to pasty consistency.
  30. Unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the products A and B are in the form of a gel, a cream, a gel-cream or a composition in the anhydrous phase.
  31. Unit according to Claim 30, characterized in that the product B contains an active agent, especially vitamin A, C or E, bicarbonate, or a fruit acid.
