Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur körperlichen Ertüchtigung von Personen, bestehend aus einer mit den Beinen zu betätigenden Arbeitseinrichtung (2). Eine verbesserte Trainingswirkung wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung (2) von einem luftdichten Gehäuse (1) umschlossen ist, das eine Öffnung (9) aufweist, die zum dichten Umschließen der Person im Bereich ihrer Taille ausgebildet ist, und daß eine Einrichtung zur Erzeugung (7) eines Differenzdrucks in dem Gehäuse (1) mit diesem verbunden ist.
