Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße HF-Steckverbindungssystem umfaßt ein Kontaktteil, welches an einem HF-Leiter einer HF-Leitung vorzugsweise ancrimpbar ist, ein Isolierteil, welches das Kontaktteil aufnimmt, zumindest eine Schneidklemmkontakthalterung, die an der HF-Leitung anordenbar ist, ein Zwischengehäuse, das die Schneidklemmkontakthalterung aufnimmt und vorzugsweise führt, wobei die Schneidklemmkontakthalterung zumindest eine Schneide aufweist, die den Kontakt zu einem Außenleiter der HF-Leitung herstellt, wenn die Schneidklemmkontakthalterung an der HF-Leitung verpreßt wird, und ein Außengehäuse, welches über das Zwischengehäuse aufgebracht ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Montage des HF-Steckverbindungssystems zeichnet sich durch die folgenden Schritte aus: HF-Leiter einer HF-Leitung abisolieren; Vorzugsweise vercrimpen des freigelegten Leiters mit einem Kontaktteil; Einsetzen des Kontaktteils in ein Isolierteil in einem Zwischengehäuse; Anordnen der Schneidklemmkon- takthalterung an der HF-Leitung; Verpressen der Schneidklemmkontakthalterung, so daß deren Schneide die Isolation der HF-Leitung durchschneidet und einen Kontakt zum Außenleiter herstellt; und Anbringen eines vorzugsweise zweiteiligen Außengehäuses.
