Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ballistic undergarment vest, with a back part and a front part as upper body protection and with one over the shoulder laying carrier system.
Such protective vests are used by people at risk as ballistic protection under normal street clothing carried. They should be unobtrusive and comfortable be, do not apply and the wearer is not in his Hinder mobility. Such protective vests have a certain weight, which on the Shoulders of the wearer are burdened.
The shoulder muscles, the base of the neck, the shoulder blades and the back area is with everyone differently. Such a protective vest should therefore be custom made to ensure even distribution the load on the entire shoulder area and thus one to achieve optimal comfort. This is relative expensive and in large quantities, for example for official use, not feasible.
The object of the present invention is a Protective vest of the type described above with a Carrying system to ensure an even weight distribution on the largest possible contact area on the shoulders of the wearer.
The task is solved in that the carrier system the individual anatomical conditions of the shoulder area of the carrier is self-adapting.
For the design, it is provided that the shoulder section in the transverse direction, in the longitudinal direction and in the diagonal direction is stretchable, or that the shoulder area is multiaxially limited stretch, or that the carrier system can be stretched in all directions is.
These measures make a protective vest created whose shoulder areas in all directions are stretchy. You can thereby the individual Adjust muscle structures of the wearer and Point loads are avoided. The carrier system is Wrinkle-free, does not bulge and is comfortable and free of disabilities to wear.
- Figur 1
- die Rückseite einer erfindungsgemäßen Unterziehschutzweste mit multiaxialem Trägersystem;
- Figur 2

The schematically shown in Figure 1 in rear view
The
The
Das Trägersystem 23 besteht aus einem in Querrichtung
15, in Längsrichtung 16 und in allen Diagonalrichtungen
17 anschmiegsamen, begrenzt dehnbaren Gewebematerial.
The
Insbesondere im Schulterblattbereich 14 weist die
Schulterpartie 12 eine hohe multiaxiale Dehnbarkeit
auf. Das Gummimaterial kann dabei mit ballistischen
Schutzmaterialfäden umwickelt sein, um auch hier eine
gewisse Durchschußsicherheit zu gewährleisten und zugleich
eine hohe Dehnbarkeit zu erreichen. Das Unterteil
11 der Unterziehschutzweste 10 ist nicht elastisch. In particular in the
As FIG. 2 further shows, the
