Abstract

Sieb (38) zum Sortieren von Fasersuspensionen, welches zu einer Siebachse (34) rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist sowie eine Anströmseite 306 für die zu sortierende Fasersuspension und eine dieser gegenüberliegende Abströmseite (308) besitzt, für Drucksortierer mit einem um die Siebachse rotatorisch antreibbaren Rotor (36), welcher der Anströmseite des Siebs benachbart umlaufende Profilelemente zur Erzeugung positiver und negativer Druckstöße in der zu sortierenden Fasersuspension besitzt, wobei das Sieb an seiner Anströmseite (306) in Umfangsrichtung des Siebs aufeinanderfolgende, ungefähr parallel zur Siebachse verlaufende und im Querschnitt ungefähr V-förmige Nuten (400) aufweist, in deren jede ein Siebdurchlaßkanal (406) mündet, wobei jede der Nuten durch eine in Umlaufrichtung (U) der Profilelemente vordere sowie eine hintere Nutseitenwand (400a, 400b) begrenzt wird, von denen die vordere Nutseitenwand gegenüber der Siebumfangsrichtung stärker geneigt ist als die hintere Nutseitenwand, und wobei an der Anströmseite des Siebs in dessen Umfangsrichtung zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Nuten jeweils ein im wesentlichen glatter und zur Umfangsrichtung zumindest ungefähr paralleler Oberflächenbereich (410) vorgesehen ist; zur Erhöhung der Durchsatzleistung des Drucksortierers soll die vordere Nutseitenwand (400a) mit der Siebumfangsrichtung einen Winkel von ungefähr 40° bis ungefähr 70° bilden, wobei der von den beiden Nutseitenwänden eingeschlossene Winkel ungefähr 80° bis ungefähr 110° beträgt, und ferner soll die in Siebumfangsrichtung gemessene Breite der besagten Oberflächenbereiche (410) ungefähr 20 % bis ungefähr 30 % der Nutbreite betragen.
