Abstract

Einrichtung zur Verhinderung von Kompressorschäden, insbesondere bei Kompressoren für Fahrzeugkühlung, durch Ölmangel bei sehr tiefen Ansaugtemperaturen infolge zu hoher Kompressorleistung, die folgende Elemente enthält:

  • a. eine Abzweigung (5) aus der Flüssigkeitsleitung (4) vor dem Einspritzventil (6), welche in ein Magnet-Absperrventil (8) führt, das in stromlosem Zustand geschlossen ist.
  • b. Eine Verbindungsleitung (9) zur Saugleitung (11) nach dem Verdampfer (7). wobei
  • c. die Verbindungsleitung ganz oder teilweise als Drosselorgan (10) ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Drosselwirkung des Drosselorgans (10) ist bei offenem Magnet-Absperrventil derart im Versuch abgestimmt, dass der Ansaugdruck vor dem Kompressor und damit der Kältemittel-Volumenstrom bei maximaler Kompressordrehzahl so hoch ist, dass eine ausreichende Ölversorgung des Kompressors vorhanden ist.

  • The throttle effect of the throttle element (10) is tuned in the experiment when the magnetic shut-off valve is open in such a way that the intake pressure upstream of the compressor and thus the refrigerant volume flow at maximum compressor speed is so high that there is sufficient oil supply to the compressor.
