Abstract

Eine einem Falzapparat nachgeordnete Trenneinrichtung umfaßt ein erstes und zweites Fördersystem, welches jeweils einen Antrieb (9, 10), Förderkabel (3, 4), eine Mehrzahl von Greiferblöcken (1, 2) umfaßt, die jeweils mit den Förderkabeln (3, 4) verbunden sind. Die Greiferelemente (5, 6) sind jeweils mit den Greiferblöcken (1, 2) verbunden, um Exemplare aus einem Falzapparat in getrennte Produktströme aufzuteilen. Die Förderkabel (3, 4) sind derart gestaltet, daß sie während eines Teils des Förderpfades parallel zueinander verlaufen und während eines anderen Teils des Förderpfades voneinander getrennt sind. Jeder der Greiferblöcke (1, 2) hat eine erste Ausnehmung (17, 18), durch welches eines der Förderkabel (3, 4) hindurchgeführt ist, und zweite Ausnehmungen (15, 16), durch welche das jeweils andere Förderkabel (3, 4) berührungsfrei geführt ist. Die Ausnehmungen (15, 16) in den Greiferblöcken (1, 2) sind derart bemessen, daß die Greiferblöcke (1, 2), die auf dem ersten Förderkabel (3) befestigt sind während eines Abschnittes des Förderpfades sich gemeinsam mit den Greiferblöcken (1, 2) auf dem zweiten Förderkabel (4) bewegen und einen jeweils anderen Förderpfad einnehmen, nachdem sich die Förderkabel (3, 4) geteilt haben.

The recesses (15, 16) in the gripper blocks (1, 2) are dimensioned such that the gripper blocks (1, 2), which are fastened to the first conveyor cable (3), come together with the gripper blocks (1 , 2) move on the second conveyor cable (4) and take a different conveyor path after the conveyor cables (3, 4) have divided.
