Abstract

Um bei einem elektrischen Verbinder, welcher ein Gehäuse (3) mit einer Öffnung (6) umfaßt, in die ein endseitig mit elektrischen Anschlußflächen versehener Folienleiter (2) einführbar ist, wobei in dem Gehäuse mehrere Kontaktelemente (23) angeordnet sind, die beim Einführen des Folienleiters (2) mit den Anschlußflächen (29) kontaktieren, eine möglichst einfache elektrische Anbindung des Folienleiters (2) bei gleichzeitig hoher Zuverlässigkeit der Verbindung zu gewährleisten, wird vorgeschlagen, ein Klemmglied (4) an dem Gehäuse (3) verschiebbar anzuordnen, das durch die Spannkraft eines Federelementes (20) gegen wenigstens ein in dem Gehäuse beweglich gelagertes Sperrglied angedrückt wird, wobei der Folienleiter (2) beim Einführen in die Öffnung (6) des Gehäuses (3) das Sperrglied in eine das Klemmglied (4) freigebende Entriegelungsstellung verschiebt, so daß das Klemmglied (4) durch die Spannkraft des Federelementes (20) in das Gehäuse (3) einschnappt und den Folienleiter (2) mit den Anschlußflächen gegen die Kontaktelemente andrückt.
