Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Leichtbaublech in Form eines Höckerbleches und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung. Das Leichtbaublech besteht aus einem formgepreßten Höckerblech (1) aus Stahl und einem damit an den Höckerstirnflächen stoffschlüssig verbundenen Flachblech (3) aus Aluminium. Die stoffschlüssige Verbindung ist dadurch hergestellt, daß nach Aktivierung der an den Höckerstirnflächen miteinander zu verbindenden Flächen mittels eines Laserstrahls (5) die Flächen unter Druck metallisch verbunden werden. Dabei ist entscheidend, daß das Material der Bleche (1,3) bei der Aktivierung mittels Laserstrahls (5) nicht in die Schmelzphase gerät. The invention relates to a lightweight sheet in the form of a hump plate and a method for its production. The lightweight sheet metal consists of a compression-molded hump plate (1) made of steel and a flat plate (3) made of aluminum which is connected to the hump end faces. The cohesive connection is established in that after activation of the surfaces to be connected to one another at the cusp end faces by means of a laser beam (5), the surfaces are metallically connected under pressure. It is crucial that the material of the sheets (1,3) does not get into the melting phase when activated by a laser beam (5).
