Claims (9)

  1. Gurtwinde mit einem Gehäuse, das zwischen dem Windenteil und dem fest mit der Schürzenwelle des Rollladens verbundenen Teil eine Untersetzung (6) aufnimmt, wobei die die Unteraetzung bildende Getriebekette mit einem Endanschlagsystem versehen ist und das Gehäuse (1) eine Antriebsscheibe (4) enthält, die von einem Gurt (5) in Drehung versetzbar ist und durch eine zur Antriebsscheibe (4) koaxiale Eingangswelle (25) mit der Untersetzung (6) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangswelle (25) von einem Einsatz (15) umgeben ist, welcher mit ihr ein Ein/Auskuppelsystem bildat, wobei die Baugruppe im Inneren der Antriebsscheibe (4) aufgenommen ist und letztere und die Untersetzung (6) mit dem mit der Schürzenwelle (9) fest verbundenen Teil über ein Rückdrehbremssystem zusammen wirken, das mindestens zwei in Tandemanordnung angebrachte, elastisch verformbare Federn (39) enthält.
  2. Gurtwinde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsscheibe (4) einerseits eine erste Eingangsradhälfte (10) umfasst, die auf ihrer zum Inneren des Gehäuses (1) gerichteten Innenseite (11) einen Kranz (12) aufweist, der mit einer Mehrzahl von erhabenen und vertieften Bereichen (13) versehen ist, die regelmäßig auf seinem Umfang derart angeordnet sind, dass sie das Ankuppeln des Gurtes (5) erlauben, und andererseits eine der ersten ähnliche zweite Eingangsradhälfte (14) umfasst, die im Verhältnis zu der ersten (10) derart angeordnet ist, dass in einer unter dem Kranz (12) eingeformten Ausnehmung (16) ein Elastomer-Einsatz (15) aufgenommen wird.
  3. Gurtwinde nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Inneren des Kranzes (12) gewandte Seitenfläche eine Mehrzahl regelmäßig über ihren Umfang verteilter vorstehender Bereiche (18) hat, welche die Festlegung des in der Ausnehmung (16) aufgenommenen Einsatzes (15) gegen Drehung bewirken.
  4. Gurtwinde nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (15) aus einem zu einem Ring ausgeformten Elastomerschaum hergestellt ist, wobei dieser Ring (15) an seiner mit der in die Eingangsradhälften (10, 14) eingeformten Ausnehmung (16) in Kontakt befindlichen Seitenfläche (21) den vorstehenden Bereichen (18) zugeordnete Bereiche (22) umfasst, welche zu seiner radialen Festlegung beitragen.
  5. Gurtwinde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (15) eine Mehrzahl im wesentlichen länglicher Aussparungen (23) umfasst, die in sinnvoller Weise in seiner Schnittfläche verteilt sind, und die sich unter der Wirkung einer bestimmten Drehmomentschwelle elastisch verformen.
  6. Gurtwinde nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (15) eine zu den Öffnungen (19) der Eingangsradhälften (10, 14) koaxiale Öffnung (24) umfasst, deren Seitenwände ein epizykloïdisches Profil aufweisen.
  7. Gurtwinde nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (30) der Eingangswelle (25) mit einer Abfolge von Buckeln (31) versehen ist, deren Profil ähnlich dem in das Innere des Elastomer-Rings (15) eingeformten ist, wobei diese Profile miteinander so zusammenwirken, dass die Übertragung des Drehmoments unabhängig von seiner Richtung sichergestellt ist.
  8. Gurtwinde nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) zwei bogenförmige Ausschnitte (36, 37) aufweist, die jeweils auf einer Seite einer Mittelachse angeordnet sind und den Durchgang des Windengurtes (5) erlauben, wobei der Gurt (5) von Rollen (42) geführt wird, die im Gehäuse (1) in Höhe der bogenförmigen Ausschnitte (36, 37) angeordnet sind.
  9. Gurtwinde nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Tandemanordnung eingebauten und die elastisch deformierbaren Glieder bildenden Federn (39) von einer Glocke (40) umgeben sind, welche Glocke (40) ihrerseits mit dem Gehäuse (1) durch Außenrillen oder einfach durch Einpassen fest verbunden ist.
