Abstract

The kit for the assembly of cylinder locks has circular cylinder housing sections (2b,3b) with a shorter axial length over part of the lower circumference of the cylinder core (1), towards the cut-back portion of the centre section (7) which is U-shaped on a side view. The two legs (7a,7b) at the side of the opening for the lock bit have a bayonet locking action with the radial web housing sections (2a,3a). The free ends of the legs (7a,7b) of the centre section (7) grip the cut-back sections of the circular cylinder housing sections (2b,3b), round the cylinder core, in a force and positive fit, and wholly complete the circular cylinder housing.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Baukastensystem zur Zusammenstellung von Schließzylindern.The invention relates to a modular system for the assembly of locking cylinders.

Für unterschiedliche Einbauabmessungen werden in der Praxis beispielsweise häufig Doppelschließzylinder mit unterschiedlich langen Schließzylindern benötigt. Beispiele hierfür sind Abmessungen wie 50/50 oder 30/70 usw. Bestehen die Doppelschließzylinder aus einem zusammenhängenden Gehäuse, so muß dies bei der Fertigung berücksichtigt werden, d.h. bezogen auf die Gesamtlänge des spanend zu bearbeitenden Zylindergehäuses wird der mittlere Bereich, der später den Schließbart und die Kupplung aufnimmt, asymmetrisch angeordnet. Für jede Variante sind daher gesonderte Rohteile notwendig.
Wesentlich produktionsgünstiger wäre die Herstellung einzelner Schließzylinder und die spätere Zusammenstellung in der Art eines Baukastens.
Eine derartige Lösung ist bereits mit der EP 0 505 032 A1 vorgeschlagen worden. Hierbei wird der Doppelschhließzylinder im wesentlichen aus drei Bauteilen zusammengesetzt, und zwar den beiden die jeweiligen Zylinderkerne aufnehmenden Gehäuseteilen, und einem Mittelteil, daß in diesem Fall den Kupplungsteil und den Schließbart enthält. Die die Zylinderkerne aufnehmenden Gehäuseteile können gleich oder ungleiche Längen aufweisen.Darüberhinaus sit auch vorgesehen, daß die Mittelteile durch Zwischenstücke mit unterschiedlichen Längen ausgebildet sein können. Zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung des Mittelteiles mit den Gehäuseteilen weisen die Steggehäuseteile Vorsprünge auf, die mit Hinterschneidungen bzw. Vorsprüngen am Mittelteil kraft- und formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar sind. Da diese Verbindung im wesentlichen sich auf den unteren Bereich der Steggehäuseteile beschränkt, ist die Festigkeit des Doppelschließzylinders geringer im Vergleich zu einteiligen Ausführungen.

Kern der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist die besondere Ausbildung des Mittelteiles und dessen kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung mit den Steggehäuseteilen.
Hierzu ist vorgesehen, daß dieses Mittelteile nicht nur bajonettartig mit den Steggehäuseteilen verbunden wird, sondern das auch eine kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung des Mittelteiles mit Bereichen der Kreiszylindergehäuseteile geschaffen wird, um damit die Axialkraftaufnahmemöglichkeit zu erhöhen. Dabei greifen die freien Enden der Schenkel des Mittelteiles kraft-und formshlüssig in die jeweils angrenzenden Kreiszylindergehäuseteile ein, und zwar im unteren Bereich des die Zylinderkerne aufnehmenden Kreiszylindergehäuses.
Obwohl die Schenkel des Mittelteiles mit den Steggehäuseteilen ebenfalls kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden sind ermöglicht es gerade die Art der Verbindung, nämlich die bajonettartige Verbindung, ohne wesentlich Materialschwächung noch in dem umgriffenen Bereich Zuhaltungen im Steggehäuseteil vorzusehen, so daß die Anzahl der Zuhaltungen nicht verringert werden mußte. Dies trägt zur Sicherheit ebenfalls bei.

Der Doppelschließzylinder besteht aus zwei Kreiszylindergehäuseteilen 2b und 3b mit den darin angeordneten Zylinderkernen 1. Radial abgehend von den Kreiszylindergehäuseteilen befindet sich jeweils das Steggehäuseteil 2a und 3a. Das Mittelteil 7 weist eine Ausnehmung 4 auf für einen hier nicht dargestellten Schließbart und eine Bohrung 6 für die Aufnahme der Stulpschraube.Das Mittelteil ist U-förmig ausgebildet, wie dies aus den Zeichnungen ersichtlich ist. Ebenfalls ergibt sich aus den Zeichnungen die Ausbildung der Schenkel des Mittelteiles 7.lm Stegbereich sind die Schenkel 7a,7b mit Hinterschneidungen ausgebildet, die mit entsprechenden Hinterschneidungen an den dem Mittelteil zugewandten Bereichen der Steggehäuseteile, dies teilweise umklammernd, in Eingriff bringbar sind. Aus der Figur 2 ist nun ein sehr wesentliches Merkmal der erfindunggemäßen Lösung zu ersehen. Die freien Enden der Schenkel haben nämlich teilweise die Form des unteren Bereiches des Kreiszylindergehäuses und sind so ausgebildet, daß sie mit diesem kraft- und formschlüssig verbindbar sind. Damit kommt diese Verbindung nicht nur im unteren Bereich der Steggehäuseteile zustande, sondern auch im Bereich der Kreiszylindergehäuseteile. Hier wird der ausgesparte oder zurückspringende Teil des Gehäuses mit für die Verbindung ausgenutzt, so daß die Gesamtfestigkeit wesentlich verbessert wurde.
Die Verbindung des Mittelteiles 7 mit den Steggehäuseteilen 2a und 3a kann in verschiedener Weise erfolgen, wobei sichergestellt sein muß, daß die Verbindung auch kraftschlüssig ist.
Beispielsweise kann hierzu im unteren Bereich des einen Steggehäuseteiles eine Bohrung 8 für einen Raststift 9 vorgesehen sein (Fig.3), der federbelastet in eine Bohrung im Mittelteil einrasten kann.
Ferner können auch an den Schenkeln 7a,7b und entsprechend an den zugewandten Steggehäuseteilen 2a,3a Senkungen 10 ( Fig.4,5) vorhanden sein, in die eine Art Sicherungsringe 11 eingeschoben werden oder aber verdrehbare Rastscheiben 13 ( Fig.8). Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre ein Haltebügel 12 (Fig. 6,7,9,10), der über die
Kreiszylindergehäuseteile gestülpt, mit den Schenkeln des Mittelteiles in Eingriff bringbar ist. Die Fixierung an den Schenkeln könnte dabei durch Formschluß oder über Sicherungsstifte erfolgen.
Schließlich kann eine Verbindung des Mittelteiles mit den Steggehäuseteilen auch durch Sicherungsstifte oder -schrauben 14 (Fig. 11,12) erfolgen, die in Bohrungen eingesetzt werden, die durch die Schenkel in die Steggehäuseteile reichen.

Baukastensystem zur Zusammenstellung von Schließzylindern, die aus zwei jeweils einen Zylinderkern (1) aufnehmenden Kreiszylindergehäuseteilen (2b,3b) bestehen und jeweils einem davon radial abgehenden Steggehäuseteil (2a,3a) und einem diese verbindenden, eine Ausnehmung (4) für den Durchgang des Schließbartes (5) sowie die Bohrung (6) für die Stulpschraube aufweisenden Mittelteil (7), wobei die Kreiszylindergehäuseteile (2b,3b) über einen Teil des unteren Umfanges des den Zylinderkern (1) umgebenden Gehäuseteils eine kürzere axiale Länge aufweisen und die zurückspringenden Bereiche dem Mittelteil zugewandt sind, das Mittelteil (7) in der Seitenansicht U-förmig ausgebildet ist und die beiden sich seitlich der Ausnehmung für den Schließbart (5) befindlichen Schenkel (7a,7b) bajonettartig mit den Steggehäuseteilen (2a,3a) verbindbar sind und wobei die freien Enden der Schenkel (7a,7b) des Mittelteiles (7) in die zurückspringenden Bereiche der die Zylinderkerne umgebenden Kreiszylindergehäuseteile (2b,3b) kraft-und formschlüssig eingreifen und hier das Kreiszylindergehäuse vollständig ergänzen.
