Abstract

Bei einer Schienenbremse (Magnetschienenbremse oder Wirbelstrombremse) sind Hebeeinrichtungen wirksam, so z. B. Hebebälge (7), welche einen Bremsmagnete (11) tragenden Bremsträger (9) zwischen abgesenkter Bremsstellung gegenüber der Schiene (13) und angehobener Lösestellung führen. Um die Schienenbremse in Lösestellung gegenüber dem Drehgestellrahmen (1) in Querrichtung zur Schiene mit genau definierter Elastizität zu zentrieren, ist an einer mit dem Bremsträger verbunden Tragplatte (27) eine Gummischichtfeder (29) fixiert, welche in angehobener Lösestellung der Schienenbremse automatisch in eine an der Unterseite der Hebeeinrichtung (Hebebalg) befindliche Zentrierung (33) einfahrbar ist. Die Gummischichtfeder (29) besteht aus mehreren, voneinander z. B. durch Platten 37 oder Scheiben getrennten Schichten, die hinsichtlich ihrer Mischung, ihrer Anzahl und ihrer Höhe so eingestellt sind, daß sich in vertikaler und horizontaler Ebene die gewünschen Steifigkeits- und Dämpfungswerte ergeben. Die Gummischichtfeder (29) ermöglicht infolge elastischer Scherung eine horizontale Bewegung zwischen der Bremse und dem Drehgestellrahmen; es ist hierdurch eine Entkoppelung der Bremse gegenüber dem Drehgestell und in der Folge eine positive Beeinflussung der Laufeigenschaften des Schienenfahrzeuges erzielbar.
