Description
Claims (8)
- Machine du type Scroll comportant un disque fixe (5) comprenant une première paroi de travail en spirale (6) et un disque mobile (7) comprenant une deuxième paroi de travail en spirale (8) coopérant avec celle du disque fixe, des moyens d'entraínement du disque mobile dans un mouvement de translation circulaire, un soufflet d'étanchéité (15) lié d'une part à une de ses extrémités à un organe (14) lié au mouvement de translation circulaire du disque mobile (7) et d'autre part, à son autre extrémité, à une partie fixe (1C) de la machine, ledit soufflet (15) séparant le circuit de fluide, des parties mécaniques d'entraínement du disque mobile, le disque fixe (5) est lié du côté opposé au disque mobile (7), à un arbre central fixe (10) comportant un canal de refoulement (11), ledit arbre central étant entouré dudit soufflet (15), caractérisée en ce que l'espace (16) entre ledit soufflet et ledit arbre central fixe constituant un conduit d'aspiration, en ce qu'un arbre principal rotatif (19) creux, entoure ledit soufflet (15) et est porté par au moins un palier (23, 24-32) dans un bâti fixe (1), une extrémité dudit arbre principal (19) comportant un alésage circulaire excentré (18) coopérant avec un organe d'entraínement (14) lié au disque mobile (7), lesdits moyens d'entraínement comportant un rotor (25) de moteur électrique lié audit arbre principal rotatif (19) et l'entourant, et un stator fixe (26) entourant ledit rotor.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une chemise d'étanchéité (27) sépare le stator du rotor de moteur d'entraínement.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un joint de Oldham (22) coopère avec une partie fixe (1B) de la machine et avec une partie (13) animée dudit mouvement de translation circulaire, assurant un maintien fixe de l'orientation angulaire du disque mobile (7) par rapport au disque fixe (5).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'entraínement (14) est solidaire d'un flasque de liaison (13) relié par sa périphérie autour du disque fixe (5), au disque mobile (7) au delà de la deuxième paroi en spirale (8), le disque mobile (7) et le flasque de liaison (13) formant un boítier enfermant le disque fixe (5).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le positionnement axial dudit boítier (7-13) est effectué, à l'extérieur du volume interne dudit boítier, par un système de patin (28) frottant entre deux butées axiales (29, 30), l'un des deux organes, patin ou butées axiales étant solidaire du bâti et l'autre dudit boítier (7-13).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'entraínement (14) et le flasque de liaison (13) sont réalisés en une seule pièce.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit arbre principal rotatif (19) est porté dans ledit bâti (1B) en porte à faux par un seul roulement (32).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'entraínement (14) coopère avec ledit alésage circulaire excentré (18) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier à roulement (33).
