Abstract

Bei einem Brenner zum Betrieb eines Aggregates zur Erzeugung eines Heissgases werden im von einer Anzahl Teilkörper (1, 2) gebildeten Innenraum ( 8) Leitkörper (50) angeordnet, welche an den Innenwänden dieser Teilkörper wirken. Diese Leitkörper (50) haben vorzugsweise die Form von Leitschaufeln und sorgen dafür, dass die weitgehend tangential in den Innenraum (8) einströmende Verbrennungsluft (7) in Strömungsrichtung umgelenkt wird. Diese Umlenkung zu einer axialen Komponente der Strömung innerhalb des Innenraumes (8) geschieht allmählich, wobei der Grad von den vorgegebenen Anströmungswinkeln (α, αn) der Leitkörper (50) abhängt. Damit wird eine Maximierung der Mischungsgüte der Verbrennungsluft (7) und eine Verstärkung der Positionsstabilität der Rückströmzone am Brenneraustritt erreicht.
