Insbe¬ sondere bei älteren Verdrängerpumpen, bei denen durch natürlichen Verschleiß die Toleranzen vergrößert worden sind, treten diese Probleme auf. Auch beim Einsatz von Verdrängerpumpen, die in der Lage sind, Lufteinschlüsse zu tolerieren, treten Dosierprobleme auf. Zum einen bietet diese Art von Saug¬ pumpe Vorteile hinsichtlich der Anschaffungs- und Betriebskosten sowie des Platzbedarfs. Andererseits kann das eingesetzte Treibmedium zum ohnehin not¬ wendigen Vorvermischen der Pasten zu einer Stammlauge eingesetzt werden. Bei entsprechender Wahl des Wasserdrucks sowie des Düsenquerschnitts kann der Wasserdurchsatz entsprechend der gewünschten Konzentration der Stammlauge eingestellt werden. Das Pastendosiergerät nach einem erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsbeispiel hat ein starres Grundgestell 1 , gegenüber dem eine im oberen Bereich vorgesehene schiefe Ebene 2 beweglich ist. Auf der Ebene 2 kann ein mit Waschmittelpaste gefüllter, aus Polyethylen bestehender Beutel aufgelegt werden, in dessen Öff¬ nung der Anschlußstutzen 3 einer vom Motor 4 angetriebenen Exzenter¬ schneckenpumpe 5 hineinragt. Die Schneckenpumpe 5, die die Dosierpumpe darstellt, drückt die Paste in ein Auslaufrohr 6, an dessen Ende ein Injektor (Strahlpumpe) 7 mit nachfolgendem Rückschlagventil angebracht ist. Der Injektor 7 wird mit Wasser aus einer Zulaufleitung 8 mit einem Wasser-Einlaufventil 9 betrieben. Das Wasser-Paste-Gemisch wird durch eine Schlauchleitung 10 zur Mischkammer 11 geleitet, wo es in der aus der DE 44 14 708 A1 bekannten Weise mit weiterem Wasser zu einer Stammlauge verarbeitet wird, die dann mit der Pumpe 12 zu den einzelnen gewerblichen Waschmaschinen gefördert wer- den kann. Die Einzelheiten des Gerätes bis auf den Bereich zwischen der Ex¬ zenterschneckenpumpe 5 und der Mischkammer 11 sind ausführlich in der be¬ reits genannten DE 44 14 708 A1 erläutert und sollen daher hier nicht noch ein¬ mal genannt werden. Gerät zum Entnehmen und Dosieren von insbesondere thixotropen Pasten, bevorzugt für in gewerblichen Wäschereien verwendete hochviskose Waschmittelpasten, aus ihrem mit einer Öffnung versehenen flexiblen Behäl¬ ter, mit einem Anschluß für die Öffnung an eine Verdrängerpumpe (5) und mit Mitteln zum Zusammendrücken des Beutels auf einer begrenzten Fläche und in Richtung auf die Öffnung, so daß an dieser Stelle gleichzeitig Scher¬ kräfte auf die Paste wirken und die Paste in Richtung auf die Öffnung geför¬ dert wird, gekennzeichnet durch eine hinter der Verdrängeφumpe (5) angeordnete Saugpumpe (7).1.
