Claims (4)
- " SYSTEME COMBINE DE FABRICATION DE CONNECTEURS ET D'ESPACEURS " de ceux qui utilisent des connecteurs obtenus par moulage par injection incorporant des moyens d'inclusion sur des éléments conteneurs et des moyens d'adhésion, disposant à l'intérieur d'un cassetin pour l'introduction d'éléments de sécurité tels que des espaceurs et similaires fabriqués séparément, sur différentes chaínes de production, se caractérisant par le fait que ce système inclut les opérations de :Fabrication du connecteur (10) et des espaceurs à introduire dans les cavités (12) dans un seul moule.Destruction des moyens d'union entre les connecteurs (10) et les espaceurs (19).Introduction partielle des espaceurs (19) à l'intérieur des cavités (12) jusqu'à une position de pré-montage.Insertion totale des espaceurs (19) dans les cavités (12) en immobilisant les terminaux mâle ou femelle, préalablement introduits par la base supérieure.
- "SYSTEME COMBINE DE FABRICATION DE CONNECTEURS ET D'ESPACEURS" caractérisé selon la 1ère revendication par le fait que le connecteur (10) demeure uni après son moulage par injection aux espaceurs (19) au travers de membranes (23).
- "SYSTEME COMBINE DE FABRICATION DE CONNECTEURS ET D'ESPACEURS" caractérisé selon la 1ère revendication par le fait que les moyens de destruction des membranes (23) pourront être formés d'un piston actionné hydrauliquement ou pneumatiquement, agissant sur la partie supérieure des espaceurs (19).
- "SYSTEME COMBINE DE FABRICATION DE CONNECTEURS ET D'ESPACEURS" caractérisé selon les 1ère et 3ème revendications par le fait que le fouloir agira de façon programmée au travers d'un ordinateur conventionnel.
