Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'injection de fluides sous pression dans un échangeur thermique à plaques comprenant une enceinte étanche (2) munie de moyens d'alimentation et d'évacuation d'un premier fluide sous pression, un faisceau de plaques (1) disposé dans ladite enceinte (2) et comportant des canaux de circulation dudit premier fluide mélangé à un second fluide sous pression, au moins une tubulure (21) d'injection dudit second fluide, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure (21) est reliée à une tuyauterie (22) d'alimentation du second fluide et à une tuyauterie (24) d'évacuation des particules déposées sur un organe de filtration disposé à l'intérieur de la tubulure (21) en aval du branchement desdites tuyauterie (22, 24) sur ladite tubulure (21) par rapport au sens de circulation du second fluide.The subject of the invention is a device injection of fluids under pressure into an exchanger thermal plate comprising a sealed enclosure (2) provided with means for supplying and discharging a first pressurized fluid, a bundle of plates (1) disposed in said enclosure (2) and comprising circulation channels of said first fluid mixed with a second pressurized fluid, at least one tube (21) injection of said second fluid, characterized in that the tubing (21) is connected to a pipe (22) second fluid supply and piping (24) for removing particles deposited on an organ filtration disposed inside the tubing (21) downstream of the connection of said pipes (22, 24) to said tube (21) relative to the direction of flow of the second fluid.
